The only thing is that I didnʻt do enough research so I had to shift the way I do my numbering system because the size labels we use, they canʻt accommodate the full range of numbers with this printer. The printer does what it says it does. It works. Set up was easy. Bought this because a large customer is complaining about labels smudging and that bar codes were not scannable. Also purchased new high quality labels as well as the wax resin based on Zebra's tech support. There is no improvement, labels are still smudging during shipping. There is nothing wrong with the printer, but it is also not an improvement over the one we already had. ... show more

Zebra is so dependable. I am a reseller and sell these table top printers. All brands. Bought two Zebras for our personal office. Had the very first one for 20 years. Great product !

The zebra is the zebra, it does her job properly, definitely a needed product if you need to have labels printed, It works really good and was easy to set up, be sure to go on their website if you need instructions and you'll find videos and tutorials

I was able to set it up relatively quickly and it prints reliably and quickly. I like that the paper is inside the machine and no need to have a paper holder, which is a pain to move and store.
