So I bought this saying it was used/not new. The description said it was just the box that had imperfections. When I opened it, it had definitely been opened by another customer with ripped up pieces of the little box that had the hardware in it and then the hardware underneath that but missing screws. The brackets are scuffed up and the end of the shade itself is dirty. It definitely looks like it was damaged and returned then sold again. Not honest. ... show more

I love these blinds!!! They were easy to install. The entire atmosphere of my dining room has been transformed for the better. The Zebra blinds in grey that I purchased have a thick durable texture that I believe will last a long time. I love that the shades serve as black out blinds as well as the option to allow natural light in also. They look way classier and cleaner than traditional blinds.
