I use this for any activity that strains my back. My back "gets out" easily, which really helps - not only as a precaution, the belt gets wet with sweat in warm weather, but now that I'm sitting here and wearing it, it feels good, it's supportive, and it relieves the pain. It was money well spent.

There is no back support even with adjustment. I barely wore it 10 times Velcro on the brace does not work. Cheap crap, do not buy.
