This actually works perfect for me and is probably the best accessory I've bought for my Blackstone. I keep meat, grilled onions, peppers, etc in those deep aluminum pans/containers with lids or even throw things like bacon or meat directly over the grates and it isperfect because it runs grease off naturally and doesn't ever get so hot to where it dries food out. The center holder sits in the back drain, making it difficult to clean the grill and the side holders hit the screws for the lid. Sits solid and might work better after I trim the bases down.
