  • Great product
Great product, it was a learning process to install as I installed the gears myself. If your not mechanically inclined do not try it yourself. No issues at all and have stood up to some serious wheeling so far.

  • Complete kit
Everything you need, went from 3.21 to 4.56. Now I’m able to use all gears. Running 35” tires with 6 speed manual. Performance is now back to original factory feel, which I’m very happy with.

  • horrible warranty...
Bought these gears in August 2021, had them installed into my jeep JKU with 35" tires in October 2021. Here we are in march 2023 and the pinion gear broke. Vehicle is mainly a pavement princess, rarely even driven on grassy parking lots..... Called Yukon and discovered they only have a 12 month warranty on them by default unless you buy their Y.E.S. extension within 30 days of buying the gears for the lifetime warranty..... I didn't even know about the Y.E.S. programs as I ordered them off Amazon. Very disappointed as I thought I had bought a quality product..... I am now reading reviews out there with similar problems..... Stay away from this brand.... the attached pictures are of the exploded pinion gear after 15 months and 7500 miles of blacktop driving, never in mud once... Cheap steel most likeley or horrible heat treating ... show more

  • Rear pinion seal is wrong, no customer support to speak of
So far I got to installing the rear kit on my 2017 Wrangler Sport. 1. Standard DANA 44 manual shows setting the pinion depth by using shims between the housing and the bearing race. This kit uses the shims between the pinion and the bearing itself. I can live with having to press out the bearing from the pinion, but it gets old real fast. 2. Rear pinion seal is the wrong size. Had to get it elsewhere. 3. Left messages twice with the customer support and technical support on torques and the seal - nobody called back. Stay away. Plenty of other manufacturers out there. ... show more
