I need to commend this company, for their hands on care. In carefully shipping to me, all the way to the Hawaiian Islands! I ordered this in the 2 pound glass jar’s, one arrived broken. I contacted the sellers, they replaced it free of charge! I continued to contact the sellers, to please wrap the jars in bubble wrap, and requested they put a sturdy piece of card board to separate each jar. They did exactly as I requested. Every jar was individually wrapped, in a cushioned bubble wrap envelope there after! I’ve never received another damaged jar again. I was hesitant about reordering the glass jars. Because they had broken against each other the first time I order! So I was only ordered 1 jar at a time in my beginning order’s, to assure it would arrive safely! Which it did, the several times I’ve reordered it! But I found myself using it so often, I now order the 3 pound jars. They have a yellow lid, and come in a plastic jar. So I now order three 3 pound jars at a time! They continued to ship my orders in bubble wrap by them self’s per my request! This is VERY important to remember, when ordering food in fragile containers. Or any heavy orders! I order food by the case in bulk! Especially Soup broths, the cans hold up better in route. This natural creamy style raw honey states it’s wholesome, nutritious in its natural state. It tastes so delicious that I sometimes put a little but on a spoon and slowly eat it. This is the real stuff. It smells like honeycomb honey and you can even taste the honeycomb a little. Bought it for my daughter with adhd who has gone completely off sugar and sweeteners so she could have a spoonful when she wants something sweet.
