It is not as soft as I thought it would be, but still a good purchase for the price. The wrinkles do come out over time. In 48 hours it expands to complete, but the wrinkles take about a week to disappear completely.

This never flattened out after being taken out of the box and laying flat for 48 hours. Every time someone sits in it, it gets bunched up and lumpy. Has to be rotated on the daily as it is used daily. Very dissatisfied, this thing is too bulky to send back though. Very disappointed. Especially for the price that I paid for this thing. I was informed yesterday, November 12 that yo shoot was offering me a full refund. No instructions on how it will be refunded. Again, I cannot return this as I don't have the ability. It came in a 2 x 2 x 2 box and is now an 8 inch thick full mattress that I am unable to even lift by myself. How do I return this? I want my money back. ... show more

Everything seemed very promising when I opened the box and gave it a day or two to fluff up. My main complaint is that buttons started coming off after the first use. Everything it was used more of the buttons came off. You definitely need to get a base for it mine doesn't stay up well on it's own. Maybe someone has gotten it to sit up like in the picture but I haven't. Would I purchase this item again I don't think so. I would get one a little more durable. It is comfortable for a onetime use maybe twice back to back would purchase for regular use. ... show more
