Tip- filling it is hard. If you don’t have anything, cut a water bottle and the top fits perfectly on the hole for filling it with water. This helped a lot. Does its job, great bang for your buck and comes with some fingerless gloves. I’m a grown adult, heavy set and I’ve been punching it hard for a couple days and hasn’t deflated lol ... show more
