I ordered this trampoline for our grandkids as a surprise for Christmas way before the holiday returns started. I have been praying that all pieces were there. Well papa and our son put it together yesterday for Christmas Eve today. Nothing was missing and they put it together in less than 3 hours. This trampoline is so nice and very study. Buy it for sure. Papa and nanny are so happy and so are the grandkids. The best!!!! And I have never ever had a customer service person contact us to check on us with the mtrampoline. Well they did.     • Great trampoline
This is a great trampoline for the price. Came in two boxes mailed separately at different times. The first box was a nice size and weight, however the second box was huge and extremely heavy. When assembling the trampoline you should probably have two people for assembling the base. I did it solo and it was a pain in the a$$, but I did manage to complete it. The reason I gave 4 stars is I strongly feel the base circle frame should have tap screws to hold it together instead of the springs holding it tight to keep its shape. This makes it difficult putting together solo and also makes it so the trampoline can’t be moved from area to area with out risk of damaging the base frame. With all that said I’d still but it again. Trampoline can hold plenty of weight and has a lot plenty of bounce to it and seems to use decent materials. ... show more

Instructions were a bit tricky to follow in some places and the way the bolts go through the basketball rim into the backboard make it difficult to assemble with the provided tools - but overall a quality trampoline and I’m happy with the product.

I purchased this trampoline and light set for the trampoline for my 4 great grandkids. THEY LOVE IT! Their age ranges are 11-10-8-4. This trampoline has a 1500 lbs weight limit so my 25 year old grandson can jump with them and also my son. So son, grandson & great grandkids. This was the ultimate gift for them. The media could not be loaded. I took a chance ordering this trampoline because it didn’t have any reviews and I am so happy I went with it. I have three teenagers so I didn’t want a cheap trampoline that was going to break and fall apart like the last one we had from a different company. My 14 year old daughter was able to follow the instructions and construct the whole trampoline with support from my husband so it wasn’t hard to put up. It has so many great features that other trampolines don’t have like the straps to tie it down into the ground so it can’t bend and blow away, and a very sturdy ladder. The basketball hoop is a great hit in our family. I am very pleased with how sturdy it is. So many times people leave reviews they just have toddlers who are gonna be able to jump in any trampoline, but this one is great because the whole family can have fun. 😁 ... show more
