The instructions are so confusing, small writing and directions say to watch installation video on the product purchase page. But it’s nowhere to be seen. Also the nuts won’t go up on the screws due to a blue rubber ring so I can’t even tighten anything. So frustrating. Edit: installation was very hard took two people one had to hold the bolt in place with a spleen wrench while the other twisted the nut on with the wrench. Very frustrating and confusing. But nonetheless we got it tightened. We used it to hold a 24qt milk gallon crate, to carry our dog we zip tied the crate to the rack and it works well once all screws are completely tightened. ... show more

This is nice little bike rack that worked well for my 29-inch tire bike. You'll have to be patient while getting everything connected but still a little loose so adjustments can be made for squaring it up. The plastic fender is a little flimsy but should get the job done. Bought this for my younger brothers bike for his first job . This rack looked expensive and in great condition. Find out it it was the total opposite. I spent my last few dollars on this for him and it broke like a tooth pick . Is this the quality of your products?/business? Is there anyway to fix this problem?
