Perfect weight, and very well made. No issues with stitching, fabric, etc. I almost always sleep hot, and have had no issues using this blanket. We have the king size and it takes two people to get it into place without a struggle, but that's to be expected with the size and weight.

Needs to have 16 loops to attach duvet that has 16 strings like my cotton weighted blanket I bought. Does not secure blanket with only 8 loops. Increased to 4 stars because I really like the blanket for summer use since cotton one I have is much warmer for winter. Just wish it had same number of loops as my cotton blanket. ... show more

I have this inside a nice linen duvet. Use it on my split king adjustable. I do not find it hot at all in the duvet. I do not notice my partner move, and they move less with this. Have a 25lb, but kind of wish I went with the 30. I am 170 she is probably around 130

Bamboo (48x72 Inches, 15 Pounds, Carribean Sunset). Just started using this and I’m totally pleased. Beyond expectations, as they say. My early experience has been uber positive because of the overall mix of the feel of the heavy drape…aided by the small 2” squares…and the bamboo derived fabric (which is lovely, by the way). My wife has had her YnM quilt for three years. Larger squares, cotton fabric, same size & weight. I like the feel of the bamboo and added structure of the smaller squares. Another plus? The rust-like color is rich. But I bought the duvet and pillow cases in dark grey. The construction seems (seams😁) good…time will tell. The presentation is superior…suitable for a gift. By all means check the varying colors, fabrics, etc. as there are bargains here if color or fabric are “negotiable”. I found one in the same size & weight, different color & different fabric for $39. I paid more than twice that for my pick of “cool” bamboo fabric. Whatever. Again…very pleased…highly recommended. Oh…and BTW: the 6” ties on the mated duvet are plenty long. ... show more
