I recently moved and found I needed a bit more storage for clothes. I didn't want to get yet another piece of furniture I'd have to find room for, but wanted something that I could use to store sweaters, t-shirts and so forth. I found this and decided to give it a try. The space where this was intended was inside a walk-in closet and wall space was limited. This fit perfectly! And it even provides a nice, solid top to place items on. When it arrived, I didn't think the box could be big enough, but it was. Assembly was easy and straightforward. I did it myself well within an hour. That included putting the handles on the 'drawers' and placing it in my closet. It's sturdy enough for what it is - I wouldn't place any extremely heavy items on top. I've placed a jewelry box on top and it holds that fine. The drawers are made of fabric, with a cardboard piece placed in the bottom. They are not exceptionally spacious, but they can easily hold the clothing I need. I think it's important to keep in mind this is not a full size dresser and does not have the size and durability of a piece of furniture. These are fabric drawers that slide into a metal frame. For it's size and material, it works and looks nice. These are smaller than a standard sized dresser. However, if you need some extra storage, these might do the trick. The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this thing now for almost 4 years. In nine days will be exactly 4 years since I bought this and it has gone with us from state to state. It’s still it is intact. It was very easy to assemble. My son really likes it. It takes a lot of stuff you see it has a lot of deep pocket. The material is great quality. I love this dresser! I needed another one for my closet, I guess I had more clothes than I thought. This one fit perfectly in my closet. The drawers are spacious and very pretty. Color is pretty pink. Quality is good. It’s very easy to open and close. Getting the handles on the drawers were a pain, but other than that everything else is easy to put together. We have 5 kids and a 3 bedroom house, so space is pretty tight. We have 3 girls in the bigger room and 2 girls in the smaller one, so needless to say, the rooms are a bit crowded. We have had the plastic dressers since buying "real" wooden dressers would be SUPER expensive and take up too much room, but the plastic kind are cheap, flimsy, and the kids break them by over filling them, or putting to much heavy crap on top making the top sag. When I moved my youngest out of our bedroom (FINALLY) into the big room with her sisters, I bought this dresser in white for her. It takes up the same floor space as they 3/4 drawer plastic junk the other girls have, but has 8 drawers and a wooden top. When it came and was put together I thought it was really nice. My only concern is the cardboard/fabric drawers... I am hoping they last! One of my other kids really liked it and used her own Amazon money to buy herself this black one (Which is even nicer as it has plastic handles instead of the fabric handles on the white one). A third daughter, who has a birthday in April, asked for one for her birthday. So, it seems, I will end up with 5 of these before all is said and done. We all love them! ... show more
