Easy to build, great to hang out in! The price was spot on. The only problem is the zippers, a slight wind comes along and the zippers open and the zipper heads come off and can’t be found. I can’t find any where to replacement zipper heads.

I bought the 12x20 Wood Grain look. I love how it looks and the quality of the materials is great. It is very sturdy. Although there were some stuff that has some dent because of the shipping but it was not a big deal for me as I was able to mend it easily. The screens at the top were glued together but it held up the screens well with no problem. It is not an easy job to assemble it but it's way better than buying and cutting wood and building it yourself. Overall, I highly recommend this product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 of there for an outdoor living space. Overall they are good but the screens at the top were glued together and look terrible. I am starting the set up on the send ones now, hopefully I will not be disappointed too. DO Not and I meant do not purchase from this company. WHY - you cannot purchase replacement parts. We had a wind storm, yes only a wind storm and one of the structures was damaged 3 legs as a matter of fact. I contacted the manufacturer directly to PURCHASE new legs and was told they don’t sell replacement parts. I would have to replace another…. That is a heck no. Again this is meant for outdoors so it is expected things may happen. I also expect that I could purchase parts if that happened. Very sad find a company that stand by there products as it is not this one. BTW less than a year old and couldn’t handle a wind storm! ... show more

The parts were very well put together and cut to very good specifications. All of the parts went together very smoothly and did not require any extra rigging or cutting. The instructions were very easy to follow and did not require very much technical skill, but there's LOTS of screws, so I recommend a power tool to save your wrist. I also modified and reinforced the roof by adding in a long 2x4 in the peak so I could mount a ceiling fan. The only issue I had was that the screens that go between the gap in the upper and lower roof had its glue all melted and stuck together. This was not the fault of the seller, I bought this in July in Florida, and it was really really hot. I wish the manufacturer did a better job at packaging so the glue wouldn't have oozed onto the other pieces and got stuck, but I was able to get it cleaned up and reglued anyway. Also, I was missing about ten #3 screws and had to buy them at the hardware store. The seller was empathetic and willing to work to resolve my issue and work things out. I would highly recommend this gazebo to anyone else and love how it looks in my patio! ... show more

The net won't close, like the instructions show. We had to center them at each side. Then corner the curtains. Still look pretty and zip the net to the curtains to keep flies and mosquitoes out. Hope this helps.

The front boards did not line up correctly. I was still able to make it work, but they really need to correct that from the factory. The plastic spacers for the ends of the metal you can forget those things just throw them away. It works perfect without them.. in my humble opinion. I like the style and the color. Perfectly shades the deck for many hours. Directions and assembly were relatively easy, however you definitely need help. It went much smoother with 2 people. I would highly recommend this style and manufacturer.
