This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn't realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. LAST UPDATE: Customer service sent me a replacement tent. Grateful for good service. Have yet to open it and see condition, but I was assured that if there are any issues the company will gladly send replacement parts. UPDATE: After it rained, the entire tent bent in half and was destroyed. Going to reach out to the company and see if they will fulfill their warranty. Will update on what happens. The side panels was also destroyed from mild winds. (Old review) It’s clearly quality materials. I’m impressed with how nice it looks. Took 4 people 3hrs to setup - you will want tall and strong people to put the sides in place. It’s a team building activity for sure! No parts were damaged or missing so far. The tent is great quality and seems to be very durable. My nephews who are 14 and 15 put it together and didn’t have any issues. I am missing the stakes that go in the ground and the ties for the window panes (I used zipties) I have contacted the seller so they can send the missing parts. .—-UPDATE there was a windy day In my area the tent was blown up and out of the ground- poles were damaged, the roof has a slight tear, the window panes ripped -the tent flew into my neighbors yard causing damage to their home-I reached out to the seller and was told I would have to pay for the replacement parts. I then requested to return the tent and was told I would have to pay for shipping. I ended up contacting Amazon customer service and they advised me to wait 3 business days to receive the postage paid label from seller. I will never buy from this company again ... show more

We purchased this canopy for our Companys' 15yr Celebration instead of renting one. They arrived quickly and everything was perfect! Fast forward to the day of the celebration and setup was a little rough but once we had the top together, everything else was smooth sailing. We decided to leave it up after the party due to poor light for teardown. The next day our area was hit with sustained 30-35mph winds that we were not expecting and our canopy suffered greatly. We reached out to Quictent and were met with such positive and supportive customer service from the very beginning. Summer was amazing and in constant communication with me to get new poles. Quictent replaced the damaged poles for free! Shipped them for free! Followed up every step of the way and gave me tracking numbers to follow the delivery and then contacted me to make sure they arrived, and all was undamaged. I purchased 2 of these tents early 2023. We had a few rough wind storms that really tested the tents and everything held up pretty good. The roofs are needing to be replaced so I reached out to customer service and I spoke with Doria who has very pleasant and helped me to order roofs separately without having to purchase an entire tent. I'll be installing the new roofs with some sturdier bungee chords because the ones provided have too much slack. I love these things and they hold up pretty good with weather. ... show more
