16x32 used for Christmas and our baby shower. Tent is sturdy. We usually leave it over night and take it down the next night. Withstood around 17mph winds with 30mph gusts overnight with minor swaying. Christmas fit 4 of 6’ tables and a 6’ game table. For the shower we fit 8 of 6’ tables and a 6’ game table to seat around 40 people. It’s a good looking tent and at 2 uses we’ve already gotten our moneys worth. We purchased this tent for our graduation party. It was surprisingly easy to set up and take down. Most importantly it looked great. This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn't realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. Worked well for 35 people, could have fit a few more in. Set up was pretty easy with 3 people; just make sure that you align the wing nuts on the same side of the poles as the spring pins or you will be doing it twice. Two of the connector pieces were slightly bent and needed to be unbent with a pair of pliers prior to assembly. There was also a cosmetic defect in the tent. One of the canvas pieces meant to cover the legs was missing. This doesn't affect the function of the tent and is just cosmetic. We didn't use the side curtains so I cannot comment on those. The storage bags seem to work well for the poles and the canvas but I had to find a large plastic storage container for all of the metal connectors, bungee straps and other small pieces. Overall, it was a decent tent that went together easily, seemed sturdy in light winds and provided shade on a hot July afternoon. ... show more

Very disappointed in this read all specifications said water proof, heavy duty water resistant, uv protection just after set up first of rain found several little pinholes though out tent not to bad so just covered holes with white gator tape took care of it for quite awhile. I have made this a man cave set it on a 2x8 pressure treated platform and acquired it down to the platform. Now just over a year ago not it leaks everywhere especially all the seems the top is shot they would not honor it said it's over a year and warranty is not good anymore. My thoughts paying 1200 hundred dollars for it and all the specifications that they listed that it should last more than a year don't all of you? Well contacted seller and they want me to pay 300 dollars for a new top, I thought it was quite steep sense it's been leaks sense day one didn't replace it then because it's 20x40 not really very easy to take top back off it's 13.6 foot high plus it's full of all my man cave stuff, pool table stereo, lights etc. And would have to send it back to them before I was able to get another one. They wanted the hole tent back nuts. So the seller says he will sell me a top for 250 dollars but I have to purchase 5 is that stupid or what? Product is well built, easy to set up, and is exactly as described. The best part was their customer service team. Summer who fielded my email inquiry due to two pieces that had some issues with them. Just outstanding and very responsive. Summer resolved the issue within a couple days of contacting them and received the replacement parts within a week and a half. Would buy from this manufacturer again without hesitation. The tent is beautiful. The assembly is not a one man job. It took 4 of us about 3 hours to put it up. Instructions were clear with pictures. Also they have excellent customer service. This tent comes in several boxes. When ours arrived the packages were damaged. Several poles were damaged (ran over by truck it looked like) and some were missing. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me more poles. The replacement poles also arrived damaged and some missing, again in an open damaged box. In a panic I contacted the company again as my party was 2 weeks out from that point. Jasmine immediately made it a priority and shipped me the poles that I needed, this time they arrived undamaged and was exactly what I needed just in time. I’d give this company 5 stars even if the tent wasn’t beautiful just for their customer service. They were awesome to work with and I love the tent. ... show more
