The tent is beautiful. The assembly is not a one man job. It took 4 of us about 3 hours to put it up. Instructions were clear with pictures. Also they have excellent customer service. This tent comes in several boxes. When ours arrived the packages were damaged. Several poles were damaged (ran over by truck it looked like) and some were missing. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me more poles. The replacement poles also arrived damaged and some missing, again in an open damaged box. In a panic I contacted the company again as my party was 2 weeks out from that point. Jasmine immediately made it a priority and shipped me the poles that I needed, this time they arrived undamaged and was exactly what I needed just in time.     • Easy to set up and good quality for the price.
Supplier review. We had delivery problems over the holiday season but Pearl at "Overwhelming" was fantastic. She made sure that we received everything we ordered and followed up every few days to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend this seller. We set up the tent with 8 people and it took about 3 hours, instructions were fairly easy to follow but I recommend you take your time. Make sure you have a spare Allen (HEX) key set as the one supplied didn't last more than 5 minutes. The tent is super tight to stretch over the frame but once it's on you are good to go. The frame is a bit lighter than we expected but this does make it easier to set up and it's good for the price we paid. A few extra bracing cross beams would have been better but again it is sturdy and is more than what we need it for. Overall we are happy with the tent and price and the service is excellent. ... show more

Bought this tent for a few graduation parties First set up was slow but next set up was pretty smooth. Tent with bracing , top and bottom rails makes a pretty rigid frame. Needed some replacement parts and Pearl in customer service was very responsive and delightful. My replacement parts were shipped right away and Pearl followed up once I received package Only reason for 4 stars is I haven’t had it long enough ... show more

I purchased my tent to host a women’s tea party. We were able to easily put 7 72” round tables inside the tent. The tent held up through high winds last year. We put it up for the tea this year and discovered a few of the poles didn’t connect easily. I sent an email and received a kind response from Khloee who has been excellent with customer service. She communicated every step of the way. I received replacement poles within a weeks time. I highly recommend this beautiful tent. It is definitely cheaper to purchase than rent. ... show more

I purchased this tent to serve as car barn (garage) since it was sized perfectly for 4 cars. It arrived punctually and was simple to construct. It then morphed into my Man-Cave and I added heat and comfort features. Then before I could get the structure anchored to earth...a night wind came and blew it away...over the fence tethered only by two rope I had attached. When I first looked (see pictures) I thought it was a total loss with a number of members bent insidiously. But after disassembling, I noticed that only 4 pieces needed replacing. I emailed Quictent customer service with the intent of buying new components and had the most positive customer support experience of my life. The service person (Lan) offered to replace the parts I needed without cost even though I expressed a desire to buy them. And the parts were promptly shipped (again at no cost to me) and arrived quickly even though FedX/UPS were congested with Christmas and Covid vaccine priorities. So I was able to reconstruct the tent (see pic), now almost as good as new except for a couple stretched grommets. So this has been a refreshing experience and I have learned from my lesson to trust Quictent products and service....and that tents will indeed fly away if they are not anchored. ... show more

Bought this about 2 years ago and recently bought a second one just a few months ago. They are very sturdy and durable, just don't use them during bad weather. I did not take mine down before we had some really bad storms and a few poles ended up bent. I reached out to customer support and had a wonderful experience with Lynn. She was quick to respond and she was very helpful. Had my poles delivered within 2 business days of placing the order. ... show more
