The couch was very short, fabric felt very cheap, pillows and cusions were basically non-existent since you can still feel the wood through them, and the biggest hassle aside from it taking 2 hours to put it together, which claims to say it takes 30 minutes, was taking it apart and repackaging everything, all because a pair of parts was missing from the product, and the fact the sealed cusions and pillows inflated IN THEIR SEALS. Don't buy from YITAHOME, get Acosure instead. Would rate 0/5 if I could. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical at purchasing this couch at first due to the previous reviews however, it was honestly the most easiest thing to assemble. I was a little overwhelmed, however I followed the directions and super easy. ****UPDATE**** I did see that a lot of reviews mentioned the pillows. I will say that the pillows aren’t built for comfort while you’re sitting on the sofa, they tend to lose their shape. I did add some throw pillows to help with that, and I plan on customizing the pillows myself, just for some more back support. The covers are removable on the pillows which is nice the storage is an added bonus because you can fit plenty in there. ... show more

    • A little firm but really not bad
This is a little firm, you would not want to sit down hard on it. When I am sitting on it though it is very comfortable. I would definitely open up the cushions right away to let them "fluff out" while you put it together. I found the instructions to be very easy to understand. Please note it does come in 2 boxes and they came a couple of days apart from each other. You will need a good amount of space to put it together as the pieces are large. This is a perfect piece for a smaller apartment. I am 5'8" and I was able to lay straight on it without hanging over, someone who is 6' or taller could still use it, they would just have lay diagonally. Hope this helps, as I realized I am the first review for this item. The 4 stars are because it would be nice if the cushions were just a little thicker. But overall, I am very pleased with it. ... show more

The couch itself is functional. It comes in THREE separate boxes that deliver separately, on different days! The back support cushions are advertised MUCH fluffier and squishy than they actually are. They are paper thin and need to see the trash. I recommend after market back cushions and arm rest cushions. Storage is wonderful along with the pull out feature. Set up with two people start to finish is about 2 hours. It wasn’t necessarily “hard” yet time consuming and precise. The couch itself sits quite low to the ground, so keep that in mind when purchasing. Sizing is accurate. Slats are fragile, so this is not a couch that can take rough housing. Basically, if you’re looking to save a couple bucks on a couch, this is the one. Just know it comes with a few flaws in terms of comfort that may cost some extra money to personalize to your own comfort. ... show more

I like the length. I’m 6’2 and I can fully stretch out on it. The assembly was easy as the instructions are simple and each item is marked. Took me maybe 2 hours by myself. So far the cushions are not very cushy. I’m not sure if they take awhile to fully inflate as they come vacuum sealed. So far so good. I’ll have to buy some pillows for it. ... show more

One important thing to note is that the actual height of the couch is about 27.5 inches without the back “cushions”, which are basically just pillows. While sitting on the bottom cushions, you’ll have about an 10.5 inch back rest. This basically means you won’t be able to sit fully back. It was also difficult to assemble bc the manufacturer missed steps or assembled parts wrong. It’s fairly firm. I guess you get what you paid for. ... show more
