We have received so many compliments for this clock. We have it displayed prominently and it looks so elegant if you keep it simple and don't surround it with other things. And the pendulum doesn't make any sound. The pendulum stopped working after 5 months, although the clock hands were moving fine. Once we replaced the battery, the pendulum started working again. We were using Carbon Zinc batteries. Will see if this is a regular behavior or not. ... show more

I purchased this clock a few months ago, mainly because of its swinging feature, and I was willing to pay the overpriced price for it. However, the clock has stopped swinging now, and it's no longer functional. I am disappointed with the product as it didn't even last for a few months. My advice: Spend your $120 on a better quality clock, one that won't break down in a few months. Terrible product! Don't wast your money! ... show more

This clock looks great and is the perfect size for the space i have. Works great and keeps time perfectly. The pendulum works with some exceptions. It does not play well with the ceiling fan. If the fan is on, it's too much air movement for the pendulum and it will stop. So far, I've always been able to restart it after the fan is off by just manually pushing the pendulum once and it takes off from there. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. My husband did have to use a screw he already had to hang it vs the hardware that came with it (he didn't think it would be sturdy enough). ... show more

What I like about this clock is it’s modern look and the fact that it’s accurate. What I find disappointing is that the pendulum does not swing. At all. I’ve tried angling the top and bottom differently, lots of different batteries, but nothing has worked. I considered returning it, but figured a new one would be iffy, especially since other reviewers have commented about their clock’s pendulum not working. I love everything about this clock and so does everyone who sees it. A great addition for a minimalistic approach to decorating I use for my home. The only warning I have is in the setup. It took me all evening to figure out why at first it did not work - at all. The tiny, very thin, piece of metal in the center is the second hand. It was pre-assembled in the box and apparently bent in shipping so that the second hand was blocking the minute hand which prevent everything from moving despite the pendulum swing. I took it apart several times and rebuilt it before I realized the issue. Once I flatted it out and reassembled... has been working perfectly ever sense. Love the clock!!! ... show more
