This is a great portable thermal printer with a nice-sized battery (as evidenced by the weight of it). It's not JUST for tattoo stencils. You can run normal thermal paper through it and print out anything you like. A tip: If you've got just a few small stencils to print out, position them in the app at the very bottom of the page.     • One Innovative Way To Start Printing Now
I don't have any tattoos, to be honest. Yet the use of this item can be for my work. In terms of design, it helps with all types of artists. The drawings come out a lot smoother than what other printers can dish out. Perhaps its because its being on thermal paper—which it comes with.

I own a Yilong tattoo gun kit which works really well. So I am very happy to be able to order a Bluetooth tattoo stencil printer from them. The tattoo printer is a little heavier than other tattoo printers I have. The kit also comes with 15 pieces of tattoo transfer paper. The APP is simple to download. Connecting to my phone is a breeze. Easy to work with in general. It can be recharged using the USB c charging port. I am still using it from the first charge. The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent small portable printer from Yilong that is helpful for printing out tattoo designs on transfer paper. The printer is smaller than many other bluetooth printers, and it comes with a soft carrying bag making it easy to travel with. It works wirelessly so it can be used anywhere It is easy to set up and use with an accompanying app that has some pre loaded designs or the ability to import your own. The app connected immediately to the printer and it was working right away. It comes with some transfer paper to get started. My only complaint is that the paper was rolled up in a tube, so it was a little difficult to load because the ends were curled up, but once I had it set it was fine It can print out a full design in about 10 seconds. It prints well without a lot of faded spots or broken lines. It's a great tool for those like me that aren't that artistically inclined, so I can use designs or come up with my own with easy transfer to skin ... show more

Despite being an off-brand product, this works just as well as the name-brand printers in this category. I have several of them and found this one to be easy to use, excellent quality, and a good value at this price point.

    • Unable to use
The website that you need to use to print from PC is HTTP, not HTTPS. This means that you're downloading a rar file from an unsecured website. Extremely sketchy. The reviews from this seller/brand's other tattoo printers aren't inspiring either. Not happy with it and would not recommend. At this price point, it should have a plug and play option that doesn't involve going through an app store or website - at least to get started.     • Low quality printer
I have used two other tattoo printers in the past. The Phonomo M08f and this other one that is sold by several different brands under different names but looks like the top half of an old typewriter. Both of those are great choices if you are in the market for a tattoo printer. This Yilong printer is the worst tattoo printer I have used and I do not recommend it. Setting up the printer is fairly easy. You just scan the QR code which takes you to the Yilong website. You then scroll to the bottom of the page, copy the info you need to search Google Play or the Apple Store to find the, go to download the app, install it, and you can get started. I don't know why they didn't choose to use a QR code that would take you right to the app download page. Every other printer I have used links straight to the download to streamline the process. This printer comes with terrible, cheap transfer paper that does not have the yellow backing page. Transfer paper is usually made up of the top sheet where your transfer will be printed, a different white page underneath to protect the carbon paper from rubbing off on the transfer page prematurely, the carbon paper, and a yellow backing page that gives the whole thing structure. The paper that comes with this printer has the transfer top page, the protection page, and the carbon page but no yellow page. I think this is because this printer doesn't work if you still have the yellow page attached. I wish there were instructions that would tell me about how to put the paper in properly so I would know for sure if it doesn't work with the yellow page. I made several prints with the paper that came with this printer and the high quality paper I usually use. All of the prints came out paler and weaker in spots than I have gotten printing the same images at the same size in one of my other printers. My high quality paper didn't work at all unless I tore off the yellow backing page which is a hassle because it also causes the carbon page to become detached from the transfer page. The yellow backing paper acts to hold the whole lot together so when I removed it everything became separated. The paper that comes with the printer is wrinkled on arrival even though it is inside a protective tub. It is a little bit of a hassle to get it loaded into the printer because the paper is so thin and has so little structure that it wants to bend away rather than going in the printing slot. Once I got it in, the printer either ate the paper and crumpled it up or it gave me a low quality print. This is not up to my expectations of a tattoo printer. It is really bad quality. Don't waste your money. Go get one of the better brands and models. This is a frustrating printer that was designed poorly and gives images that are not sharp or dark enough. ... show more

There is really not to much I can say about this stencil printer other than it works and it seems to be pretty sturdy. I connected the printer to my very easily and it worked well.
