This computer has the goods on delivering fast results. I am not a gamer but do a lot of video and graphic rendering. The 32G of ddr5, the 10G Geforce RTX, and the 2T M.2, are fantastic. The XPG brand is manufactured by ADATA a brand that has been around for a long time. Customer service is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I was an early adopter of this unit, so early that they had to ship it in a lesser units box. Packaging was about the best I have seen. Everything has been working as expected. Interior is very neat & clean. Received in ready to go state. It can run a little warm but tweaking the fans or swapping for better will take care of that. I got this pc after a horrible experience with a competitor that I am sending back. Let me just say if you buy new make sure your new is not 2 year old new that was sold from best buy before and that all I will say. This pc was so easy to setup because it was pre-setup before it shipped to me. Updates didnt take long at all. Con: the only disappointment I have is 1 ssd drive which is 2 tb. I prefer 2 hard drives and may add another. I dont build them like I use too because I screwed up and got MARRIED!!! I play one game mainly which is ark survival some and it blazes on that game at epic settings. I use a bed in game now there is no lag im gone, where my old pc was about 5 or 6 second delay. Ill update if I run into any problems but so far its been great!!! Update: Still very happy with this purchase with no issues but she does run on the hot side when running games on full settings. Update2: Runs hot, main exhaust fan on back stopped working. Less than a year old. Overheats and shuts down nonstop. That is what $2800 bucks got me. ... show more

    • A Whole Lot of Good, A Little Bad, and A Fantastic Recovery
To be fair to both consumer and seller, I must give a completely honest review here. There is one reason for me knocking off a star from making this be a fantastic purchase; but it could have been worse! This is a tale of a slight malfunction, but a producer that will back up their product and take care of the consumer. Almost everything was perfect upon receiving this beast of a machine and firing it up for the first time. I messed around with the fans a bit, set them to a colorway I desired along with effect, and moved on with the rest of my setup. There was not much more I added, to be honest, but I wanted to start off with a light test on one of my favorite games, World of Warships. The first 10 minutes of my first round were flawless, beautiful, all in its 4K glory at cruising speeds. But... Tragedy hit a few minutes later, and an egregious breach of online gamer etiquette had me leaving my teammates in the middle of a round! What happened, you may ask? Well, I noticed my case fans shut off, and only the AIO fans were going, which were really starting to huff and puff (this was what really made me look over at the fans). I reached for the fan controller, pressed the "ON" button, and no response. I hit the buttons to increase the fan speed, and no response. Oh no! So this prompted me to stop in the middle of my round, so I did not end up stressing the CPU too much on its first outing. Eventually, restarting the machine had the fans returning to life as if nothing ever happened... But then they would shut off at random times! The Fan Remote was only responsive some of the time, and behaved very erratically after that very first Case Fans malfunction. Uuuufff, this really makes me worry, as cooling this beast of a CPU and GPU combo is already an arduous task. But I know things like this happen, let's see what the folks over at Yeyian will do about this... Well, without going into the long story about the back and forth (in constructive manner!) of our conversations, the folks over at Yeyian Customer Support were actually a breath of fresh air after dealing with Customer Support of other companies here and there over the years. They did not treat me discourteously, nor with disrespect, even before they knew I was proficient with building PCs. They even sent a video that seemed like it was made specifically for me because it was the first they heard of the issue. So they genuinely care about figuring out what went wrong, helping me find the problem, and in the end we came to a fantastic resolution; They ended up sending me a replacement Remote and Fan Controller, as we had deduced this to be the issue plaguing my specific machine. After a quick swap, it seems all was well, and this machine is chugging along now! So while the machine really performs at 5 stars, tackling everything with aplomb, with the slight hiccup I have to be honest and knock off a couple stars because of the flaws present upon arrival and delays in work it caused. I definitely gave one star back for their fantastic Customer Support though, so there is definitely a redeeming value present within that. The media could not be loaded. 3 star review will remain until builder honors the 4800mhz DDR5 advertised. As of this moment it is not a build I would recommend. There are other more well thought out and planned builds out there that do a better job for dealing with an alder lake. I had high hopes...shrug Beware.....now for the rest of it. So the good, the pc shipped very well packed, on time, and all components were in place and correctly plugged in. It looks good and cabling is clean. Pc booted up on first start and has taken everything I have thrown at it in 3840x2160 120hz Ultra settings and laughed at me. It all looks amazing and doesn't even skip a beat. (Assetto Corsa NoHesi, Forza 5, ATS, and Elite Dangerous as of this writing) Now for the bad, The first minor one was the windows install had no language packs and was in Español only. Quite entertaining learning to install language packs in a language I didn't know lol. The second minor thing is that although all the internal rgb(rear fan and aio fans)are linked on MB but the front 3 are not. They are individually controlled by a separate remote supplied and you have to get very very close to the case to get it to function. Not the end of the world but looks wierd when internals are synced to a game and front doesn't change with the rest. The larger gripes are, Yes everyone is correct, the 240mm aio is insufficient for this 12900kf chip. In a room kept at 21c it throttles and avgs between 95-100c in cinebench although still scoring very high. The case can handle a 280mm and should be sufficient from what I read (waiting on new aio to arrive to verify, went with the bequiet 280) to keep it from throttling without overclocking but if you plan to oc then plan to put it in another case with another aio. The second ties into the caveat of the ddr5, because they installed 4 single stick of ddr5 for the 32gb, it is only clocking at 3600....not the 4800 they are advertising.(I believe 2-16g are needed to get the 4800mhz but I may be wrong) Very disappointing as I was looking forward to being a step ahead on the RAM front. Not sure if they will remedy this, but I'll update with the outcome. Other than those few things I am content with my purchase. I wish the ram had been correctly supplied but it is something I can correct in time if they choose not to honor the speed advertised. Although I dont entirely regret my purchase I would not recommend it. List of parts supplied in my shipment....
