So basically I had the pc for about 2-3 days before setting it up and as soon as I had to boot it up it continued to say no internet connection and later after a lot of time on call with an amazon customer support person apparently the PC’s wifi doesn’t work without an ethernet connection for some reason. Also I searched up the motherboard which was the B650 and it claims to be able to support WiFi which has me very confused but they were very nice on customer support and I have already refunded the item. I don’t know if it was only my pre built pc that only supports Ethernet connection or not. ... show more

I recently purchased a computer for the price of $2,000. Upon inspection, I discovered several issues with the product, including low-quality components, a malfunctioning cooler, non-functional lights on the fan, a non-working LED button, and an improperly installed motherboard plate. The company has requested that I return the entire computer, despite the fact that I have only had it for one day. It appears that their quality control measures are inadequate, as evidenced by similar complaints in other reviews. Update: 3/4/2024 I have been in touch with the company. Trying to work things out. Will update again shortly. Update 3/5/2024 This company has a very weird warranty. I don't trust this brand and I don't trust the ceo of this company either. This company is very sketchy, between newegg and amazon they do not have good reviews. I do not trust anything this company says! At the CES EVENT, THEY HELD THE EVENT IN A HOTEL ROOM!!!
