It’s beautiful and very sturdy. Heavy. But just after having it for a month went to turn it on one night and it would not come on at all. We unplugged it and you could hear it beep but pressing the buttons on the fireplace and the remote it still would not come on at all. Nothing worked. Reached out to customer service waiting to hear back on what to do. Will update! UPDATE!!!! After reaching out to the manufacturer via emails back and forth and sending videos of proof that our fireplace was not working the manufacturer sent us a replacement fireplace and asked us to discard the old one. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase. It was surprisingly easy to put together. The instructions say 120 minutes, which I feel is accurate. I was able to do it by myself, because the end product is heavy you would want a second person to help you move it. Something to keep in mind is that the fireplace does come in a separate package from the tv stand itself. Also, while the fireplace does put out a decent amount of heat, I wouldn't say that it is warm enough to fully heat a room. You really feel it when you are right in front of it, but otherwise it just adds a little bit to the room. We do love the look of the fire though and what it adds to our living room. The media could not be loaded. This product has a good functionality once it’s assembled. According to the instructions it should take 120 minutes (lol), that’s for the professionals a person like me, needs to read first and took me 3 hours to assemble . I will suggest to add the words FRONT & BACK. Since I had to look at every detail yet I put one of the panels backwards and had to fix it. I will recommend using wood glue to seal in place the dowel pins provided for stability . Some parts chipped easily so, I had to carefully twist the screws in place. Overall is worth the money, I took 1 star due to the instruction manual need to be detail with what I previously pointed out. As a customer not a professional builder need to make sure all the parts are labeled correctly to make the assembly process effective and not time consuming. ... show more

My husband and son put this entertainment center together in less than an hour. They do have experience putting together furniture. There were no missing parts and in fact there were extras which was nice! It is very sturdy and the storage capacity is more than we need. Directions are absolutely horrible. The pictures are backwards. Also the surface covering is very thin and fragile. Holes were out of alignment in a few places. Overall not bad, however closer attention to detail of drilling the holes would be helpful. Also the cuts for the backing are not deep enough so aligning them can be a challenge. Fortunately I have my own tools and re cut and re drilled. I do like the unit, however it’s a bit much to spend with all of the problems. ... show more

Just what I was looking for. Very sturdy and holds my 65" tv perfectly. Easy to put together and the tools needed were included. I'm a 77 years young woman and was able to put it together by myself. I don't understand why some say it's hard to put together and requires two people??? Every hole was predrilled and lined up perfectly with the matching part. The instructions (step by step pictures) were very good. My only complaints, as shown, in the pictures is one scratch mark that they tried to cover up...shame on them!!! But, it was on the inside where it will never show. The other is a very small chip on one of the doors...that does show. So, I will need to touch that up a bit. Neither were bad enough to take it apart, re-box and haul to a UPS store since it weighs around 75 pounds. I must say I was very disappointed in the company for selling me a damaged product that they knew was damaged...since they tried to cover it up. It is a cheap unit made entirely from particle/chip board which is over priced for what it is but I think all of the particle board units are overpriced for the quality. This one was in my budget and I love the design and color. ... show more
