The legs and frame on this feel very sturdy. I, and my 100 lb dog can both sleep on my 8 inch foam mattress that's on top of this and sleep great. The only thing I would improve on is the metal slats in between each side of the frame. I will probably be gluing them in place to keep them from bumping out of the slots they slide into. The mattress itself (not included) easily slides across the frame which then causes a couple of the metal rods to pop out of their slots. This will be an easy fix though. It is a very good price for what I purchased. I am very pleased with the product and feel it will last for a very long time. It is 14 inches from the ground and I am able to slide baskets under it for additional storage. Very roomy full sized bedframe. Love it! Would easily purchase again. Bought the king size, lots of space for storage underneath, we have a memory foam mattress that is 12" and this frame makes no noise, doesn't move at all. Haven't had it long but so far we are pleased. Easy to assemble.

Ordered the 18" full size bed frame for my college student and delivered directly to his apartment. He said it was very easy to put together in about 15 minutes or so. The storage space underneath is very useful. You might want to add a bedskirt to hide the storage. Recommended.

I guarantee you will stump your toe, or maybe break it. The support poles are not friendly placed. I had to wrap each leg with a water noodle. Regret this purchase.

    • A solid bed frame with storage underneath.

I ordered this for two reasons. I don’t want a box spring and I want storage room underneath the bed. I have always slept on an elevated bed. If you have trouble getting in and out of bed, the height may not work for you, but honestly, with a traditional box spring, the mattress on this frame won’t feel much different than you’re used to. The frame was easy to put together. It is sturdy and strong. Luckily I can’t confirm that it holds up to 2500 pounds. The only thing that I am not sold on is how it holds a memory foam type mattress. I can’t say it’s a fault of the frame, it could be a fault of the mattress. I just feel like there is room between the metal slats that the mattress can squish into. My lack of confidence in the frame compelled me to go out and buy a sheet of OSB and cut it to size and then put the mattress on top of that on top of the frame. Now it’s just right says Goldilocks. That made the whole thing much more sturdy and reliable, but that is obviously not the amount of time or money I wanted to invest in this project. I would actually buy this again because the end result was just what I wanted. Maybe a different mattress would save me that final step. ... show more

    • A solid, inexpensive bed frame..

This bed frame was very easy to assemble, taking us only about ten minutes. Using an electric drill, rather than the supplied hex wrench, will save you a lot of time and insure that the frame doesn’t have any squeaks. If you do, you’ll need a T25 Torx bit for the drill…they’re available at every hardware store and here on Amazon. The assembled bed is solid and squeak free. It’s comfortably supporting a new bed-in-a-box foam mattress and should for many years to come... Absolutely no complaints. A solid five-star product. ... show more
