I didn't need all these cords but you can't ever have too many bungee cords. Haven't used the one size I needed much yet, but these seems to be strong enough for the use I need (attaching a metal dog crate to a hand dolly for dog shows). I doubt the plastic case they came in could be reused as a method to store them, as they are pretty tightly packed in there but that's not a problem for me. ... show more

I just got these bungee cords and they seem to be very high quality. They stretch about the same amount as any other bungees cords I have used. I really like the hooks because they are a plastic covered steel, so are sturdy and will not scratch surfaces. The hooks are about the size I would have expected. These come in a nice selection of sizes, and the price is hard to beat. When I did a search on Amazon for "bungee cords", there were several others that appeared identical to this set, but this one was easily the best price, by about 50% in one case. I got these mainly for outside use, between holding the garbage bag for the dog poo bucket to holding up netting for the garden. The one I use to hold the trash bag is under a table so for the most part out of the elements and the other I was using was using to help hold a elastic trellis for my garden. They both fell apart with not even a year of use. The one under the table lasted longer than the one in the garden, that one lasted maybe the summer. While I'm sure they aren't meant for constant outside use, the one that was out of the elements has me kind of concerned they won't last very long with constant use. ... show more
