This arrived in THREE large boxes. It was a bit overwhelming when first opening everything. First thing to do is organize each piece to have everything ready to put together. Instructions are pictures without a lot of text. It shows each piece and hardware to use. Putting together was easy once I figured out the position of each piece. It doesn't really tell you front or back so you have to pay attention to where screw holes are located. I put this together myself. The couch would have been easier with two so one could hold the pieces together while the other put the screws in since the pieces are so long. No tools of your own needed. everything is provided. I find the cushions very comfortable and LOVE the high backs so you can rest your head back. The chairs turn and slide/rock. The couch is sturdy, but it's also pretty light, so easy to move around. It seems like it will hold up in our sunroom. I'm sure it would be fine in an outdoor environment. This was reasonably priced for the number of pieces you receive and quality of what you get. I would have liked it if came with two side tables, but the ottomans are great! Highly Recommend ... show more

Best: the resulting from the straight-forward but tedious assembly. The result is beautiful, sturdy, and very comfortable. Worst, the supplied Velcro pads for the settees are useless; even when attached as described, the Velcro is stronger than the adhesive backing, so when you remove the settee cushion, the backing pulls away from the frame or from the cushion and the Velcro does not separate like it should.. My solution is a bit of a Rube Goldberg. I bought one-inch webbing and four corresponding buckle-sets. once cutting to length, II sewed over the ends of the eight pieces (fabric glue would have worked fine) and tucked the end through the space between top and sides. before fully-tightening those screws. As you can see in the photo, I blew it by buying royal blue webbing instead of navy-blue. Maybe I'll get around to changing that. ... show more

I finally pulled the trigger and purchased this set. It is beautiful and checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I'm a 65 yo woman and I put the whole set together all by myself. It took me two days to complete it but I had no problems. I thought the directions were great, picture's were clear. One thing to keep in mind is to only start your screws and tighten them down after you get all pieces in place. The only problem I had was the 2nd chair I tightened the screws a little too much so I struggled to get one arm on, I finally loosened some screws and that was all I needed to get it together. Many reviews stated it was hard to assemble but if I can do it by myself then anyone can. The quality seems to be very good. We live in Arizona so I'm hoping it will take the heat well. The only cons I can take away is that the fabric doesn't breathe well so your body does get quite warm and sweaty. But my thought is I'll just get some large bath towels and when it's really hot put them on. Secondly it would be nice if there were ties for the cushions so that they would be more secured in the wind. Over all I would totally purchase again! ... show more

I spent a little bit more on this set but I'm totally pleased with it it was easy to assemble my wife loves it it looks great outside the cushions are very soft and sturdy I fell asleep in the rocking chair after a round of golf totally recommend this set

Okay. Lots of screws and bolts but worth it!!!! Super sturdy and comfortable. Color is true to pictures. We are on our porch a lot in Florida and this set is great. Love the rocking and the swivel.

We purchased this furnature set for our deck on April 30th, 2023. We initially loved the set and it appeared to be good quality. However, on June 9th, we noticed that the fabric on one if the cushions was darkened and was visibly melting into the foam cushion. This cushion receives the most sun exposure and it appears that the fabric or the waterproofing materials had reacted with the sun/heat and melted a section of the cushion. When we received the set, we noticed, on another cushion, what appeared to be a dark area, that was rough to the touch, as if glue or another type product had been spilled in the area. It did not appear to be a major issue, so we did not contact Amazon. However, after what occurred with the other cushion, we are very concerned about the safety and materials used in and on the fabric. On June 10th, I contacted Amazon to report what had occurred and our concerns about the fabric being potentially hazardous. I was informed that the return window had closed 4 days prior and they would have to call the seller directly. (I attempted to contact the seller, however, there is no contact information and all inquiries are redirected back to Amazon). The representative stated that Amazon provides sellers with 48 hours to respond to the customer and if we had not heard back in 48 hours, to contact Amazon again. We did not hear back from the seller, so we contacted Amazon again and we were informed that since the return date had passed by 4 days, many sellers will simply not respond to Amazon or the customer, even in situations that might involve a safety issue, including hazardous materials. After speaking with multiple Amazon representatives and finally speaking with a supervisor, we were able to address and rectify the situation. What is of great concern, is that the seller does not appear to have any responsibility to address matters related to the quality and safety of their products. I would highly advise to avoid purchasing any furnature sets, etc, from the seller. ... show more
