Great: Overall a great purchase, especially for the price! Design with the high back fits our tall family members, cushions are thick and comfortable, furniture feels sturdy and not cheap. The good: The ottomans come with sticking velcro pads to keep the cushions from sliding. Our furniture sits in direct sun so these unfortunately melted immediately and I had to come up with another way to secure the cushions. The seat cushions for the chairs and sofa don't come with the pads but need a way to be secured as well or they will slide as you move around. A previous review mentioned the brace supporting the sofa seat cushions giving out in the middle. It appears that maybe since then the brace has been reinforced. The sagging middle seat in the sofa hasn't been an issue for us yet but I will update this if it does. The not-so-great: Putting the furniture together SUCKED. It took some serious effort to get the pieces to align, especially with the chairs (and that was with not tightening everything until the very end). The bolts provided are also quite soft and we stripped many of them as we tightened. If this furniture lasts a few years and they start to discolor it might be worth replacing them with stronger bolts. Overall: Definitely worth the purchase and effort for the few weeks we've had it. It's worth noting that I put a healthy coat of Scotch Guard on all of the cushions and we use furniture covers regularly to protect it from the elements but I will try to remember to update this in a year or so to reflect on durability. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This patio set is perfect for what we needed… My husband got it put together in less than 2 hours and he was surprised at how easy it was! It is comfortable and the ottomans can be used for a foot rest, extra seating or even with a tray you can put food or drinks on it!! We are just so happy with it!! I liked the gray more than the brown and surprisingly… It was cheaper too ☺️….I always read reviews before I buy something and this got a lot of good reviews and I just added another one!! ... show more

    • Labor intensive but, worth it

I was skeptical about this patio furniture. It seemed too good of a price to be decent quality but, I gave it a shot. The cons: labor intensive to put together for 1 person. You really need 2 people. Instructions are a bit lacking. **** If you tighten before getting all pieces put together, the holes wont align. **** Some of the rattan scratched from me flipping pieces over on the concrete patio trying to assemble it by myself. Easy fix with marker. Better fix lay down blanket first and get a2nd person to help. Some of the rattan is not secured. Easy fix with epoxy. Seat cushions are a little thin but, not uncomfortable. Pros: Packaged well. Arrived quickly. It is really pretty and looks like quality furniture once its assembled. It seems sturdy. Cushions are comfortable. Fabric seems to be very good quality. Seats are not too low as I noticed with some other brands I was looking at. Two 6 ft, 250+ lb men seat comfortably in it (not too low) and supports their weight. I have had furniture put together for a couple of weeks and use it daily during the Summer. Furniture is kept under a Pergola so I am expecting to get 4-5 seasons out of it at least.     • Very comfortable and stylish

We love this new patio furniture set. We have had it a few weeks. As in other reviews, the back cushions are not as firm as the seat cushions. but I rather like that. We did buy some throw pillows which look very nice and add some further comfort. The seat cushions are solid and the fabric is strong. I don't think we have to worry about them getting misshapen or wearing out. It does attract animal hair and lint so we have to brush it off a bit. But the covers are removable and washable. The furniture itself is very sturdy. No sharp edges for the grandchildren to fall into. My husband put it together very easily. The two boxes arrived together which was great. We also have bought covers for the furniture because neighborhood cats seem to find it comfortable and we are allergic! So I can't attest to how waterproof it is. We keep it covered to avoid sun bleaching and wet. We are looking forward to a great summer by the pool with this cozy set! ... show more

    • Quality and comfort

This product is outstanding in terms of quality, fit, comfort and customer service. I say customer service as I received 1 box and when box 2 did not show up a day later I was concerned that maybe box 2 was missing, within 12 hours they responded and assured me it was on the way and 2 hours later it showed up. I have never received an item before that you need to put together that actually includes a small bag labeled "spare parts" just in case you lose a washer or strip a screw, outstanding idea! They package very efficiently even compressing cushions and vacuum sealing so they can reduce packaging and waste, great idea. Assembly is no problem, helps to have 2 people for couch and chairs. My biggest suggestion during assembly is do not tighten screws until they are all in place and then tighten in a random pattern, worked perfectly. Very pleased with this set. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, however once we got it and put it together, we loved it! Took us about an hour and a half. My husband did 95% of it by himself using a battery impact, we followed the instructions and didn’t tighten everything until it was all Put together. We did not run into any issues at all!
