    • Seller is dishonest and hard to work with on getting a refund!

Product of material is cheap, not durable or sturdy material. Product was damaged when sent to me which was a gift for my daughters birthday and also not the proper tools and screws sent with the item in order to assemble the vanity set together . Between Amazon and the seller this has been a total nightmare of an experience and they keep refusing me my refund. They also want me to pay up front $75 to purchase new bubble wrap , corner protection pieces and a new box to sent back before they would even consider refunding me my $202 . So now I have a vanity set that we can not assemble, my daughter has no birthday gift and Amazon and the seller are so difficult to deal with. I even spoke with several Amazon customer support team members that agreed with me that I shouldn’t have to pay up front to ship back, purchase a box and bubble wrap and yet still the escalation team keeps denying my refund!!!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We love the lights and all of the shelves! Fairly easy for 2 people to put together, about 2 hours. A few things were a bummer though, we were missing the bag B of nuts (hardware) but we just went to Lowes instead of waiting and complaining. Also there was a small chip on one of the small shelves that I just painted white and now you can’t tell. Also I had to glue a small white cover piece that was lifting off. Loved everything about this vanity . Quality is amazing!! The only thing we changed was the color of the legs and hardware. We painted them black to match our other table. Hubby took about 3 hrs to put together.. but it was worth it! I recommend 100%.

This is a terrible product. It's overpriced. Once you take it out of the box to assemble it. It was a complete nightmare for 3 grown. Men who are very handy with power tools. We have a crying teenager. He wants this product to look like the photo and it never will. Do yourself a favor go to a furniture store and buy a desk. Do not buy this. You can't even get your money back. You can't package it back. Up to return it without paying over two hundred dollars in shipping. This is the biggest disappointment. Amazon needs to protect its buyers. The instructions say that it will take 2 hours to assemble. Try eight with no success. I think that this product is a complete scam. ... show more
