These are perfect to hold up those new little plants as they want to fall over on you. But be careful to take them off as your stem strengthens. I left them on my tomato plants a bit too long and some of the roots around the base started to migrate through the crevices. Tomato plants still thrived beautifully and I had great success rates on my tomatoes... but would recommending to remove as soon as they have strengthened. ... show more

These will fall over with a cutting if you just have them floating loose, they need some kind of frame. Easy and quick and if you have the right system they are great. I won't bother buying any more for two reasons, these look like they are going to last and I can cut up pool noodle foam and make my own for a lot less.
