Description

The Fun Forever Set is part of the Galvanized Steel Frame Line up from XDP Recreation. Galvanized is a Protective layer of Zinc on the Steel Tube that requires no maintenance, is rust free for many years. The Fun Forever - Metal Swing Set is a 6 station, 6 leg frame swing set that accommodates up to 8 kids. It includes 2ea-Swings, 1ea-Stand-R-Swing, 1ea-Super Disc Swing, 1ea- See-Saw, and 1ea-6' long 3pc Wave Slide. Also included are Foam Frame Leg Pads for Safety. The frame legs are 2” diameter x 20-gauge wall thickness, top bar is 2” diameter x 20-gauge thickness. Safe-Touch PVC Chain Covers on the Blow Molded Swing Seats for no pinch. Each Swing seat accommodates one rider, the See-Saw two riders, the Super Disc Swing seats two riders and the Stand-R- Swing allows one rider to sit and swing or stand and swing. The Wave Slide has handrails and a ‘safe landing’ for safe-stop entrance to ground. One user at a time is recommended on the Wave Slide. Galvanized Gray Frame Color, Blue seats, a Blue Surf N Swing, a Blue Super Disc, a Blue Wave Slide and blue foam frame leg padding. Up to 8 Kids can play on the Fun Forever - Swing Set at once with a 100lbs per seat/play maximum. XDP's Galvanized steel frames have welded (no bolts) corner brackets for superior stability and ease of assembly. All seats, riders and handles are made of a durable blow molded polyethylene (HDPE) material. The 3-piece Wave Slides are HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) blow molded. The blow molded components provide additional quality, value and performance to the XDP Recreation products. Ease of assembly and safe assembly are important. All XDP Recreation swing sets are ASTM and CPSIA Compliant.

I was beyond impressed with this swing set! The directions were clearly outlined. The parts were easy to locate. That being said there were A LOT of parts. Thank goodness we sent the kids off to a party and then kept them inside while we put it together so the little hands didnt help. It took two of us working steady for 5-6 hours to put it together. We used our own tools (although they provide some ok tools) Read the directions carefully. at each step and you will be fine. Some things of note. 1. the foam around the bottom of the poles makes it difficult to anchor in concrete... the slide also doesnt attach well when the legs are sunk into concrete. You could choose a different way to anchor the swing set. 2. you can put the slide on either side just pay attention to where you put the crossbar with the holes. Our accidentally ended up on the wrong side. 3. The circle swing is a pain to put together. we had to work hard together to get it put together. All in all though I could not be more excited about the swing set! I think we are going to see many years of fun! It is shockingly sturdy for the price! Perfect for a family preschoolers and elementary age children. Would probably not be a good idea for larger children in upper elementary and middle school because the swings and slide would be a little small ... show more

The top bar is really bowed. The center legs don't touch the ground. Anchors helped some. The UPC code was cut off then taped back on when we got it. No way to register it for the warranty. The ad states one time of warranty and website states another but you can't register! I email the company and they said yes there is a problem with registering it, but keep your receipt. They never cleared up how long the warranty is for. ... show more

It can be put together alone with power tools and a lotta determination, and maybe a step ladder if you're shorter. The hardest part of assembly was the basket swing and the slide. Every part was labeled and the directions were pretty clear and easy to read (probably easier if the child it's for isn't trying to 'help' like mine was and walking off with pieces to put them in different places 🤦😅). Preferably, it's a two person job and should take about 2-3 hours with power tools. If you're trying to do it solo it may take longer even with power tools. Once together and anchored properly, it's sturdy and good quality. Shipping was good, arrived on time directly to my front door. No damage during transit. ... show more

My wife and I put this together fairly easily - the instructions were easy to follow and made sense. Our kids hopped on it immediately after we finished, and we didn't notice any kind of buckling or anything with their weight added to it (roughly 100# total). I weigh 190 and sat on the swings with my feet up, and nothing buckled or fell apart, so I think this will manage two kids for awhile Definitely buy some anchors, though. Overall, it's pretty light (especially compared to our last wooden playhouse setup), and before we anchored it down I could easily rock the legs off the ground just by pushing it with one arm. We put corkscrew anchors on every leg and it doesn't move at all, even with both of them swinging on it. ... show more

For as many stars and awesome reviews as this swing set got, I am so disappointed. It is horribly made and sways back and forth, about to fall apart anytime my kids get on it. If it needs to have anchors, it should come with it automatically especially for the price you already pay for this. The top bar is bent upwards and can barely hold one kid when swinging.     • Fabulous swing set!!!!!
I NEVER write reviews. But this is seriously the best backyard swing set ever! My 7 year old daughter LOVES it. She plays on it for at least a half hour to an hour every day! More if a friend or two is over. And, the best part is I CAN sit and swing on the saucer swing (I’m 150 lbs = 1 1/2 kids, 2 100lb kids can go on it). The only downside. It takes a while to set up. You definitely need a couple people. But VERY strong and sturdy once it’s up!!!! Just make sure you buy the anchors to go with it:) ... show more
