    • Sturdy! Great for the Price
It took me 30 minutes to assemble. The instruction is clear and the parts are well labeled. The package for parts is broken during shipping but fortunately nothing is missed. The 2 plastic end caps of the backseat holding rod are both broken during shipping. Not a big deal. What impressed me the most is how stable it is. No wobble at all! It’s heavy for a good reason and there are wheels so moving it around is not difficult. Regarding the functionality, you need to remove the preacher pad to do leg curl or full range leg extension. Not a big deal because you can simply pull the knob to get the preacher pad removed. However, to allow for full range preacher curl, you need remove the roller cushion for leg curl which is inconvenient because the end cap is super tight. For this reason I don’t install the end cap of that specific roller. Besides, the preacher pad could be a little wider compared to gym equipment but to me it’s wide enough. The bench itself is maybe half inch taller than my previous bench, so my feets cannot push the ground as hard when I do bench press. I’m 5’9 so if you are shorter, your bench press might be limited to no-leg variation. Overall I like its stability and versatility , especially for such a low price! ... show more

So far, so good! Everything needed to assemble was included. I measured the screws and labeled them to match the instructions. It was easier to follow the instructions after that. The bench seems sturdy and flexible for a variety of exercises and workouts.

This I feel for the price is decent bench.Pros; very well built ,and powder coated,I like that.Has a lot of functions.Can hold a good amount of weight.Instructions are easy,very easy to follow on build.Cons: I'm 6 ft tall,the bench to low for complete legg extension.My solution raised the bench up 4 inches on 2×4s I cut.I felt the bench wasn't long enough for me .My solution,I added a piece of 3inch very heavy steel that I drilled 2 holes in length is perfect now .I read a lot of reviews where people said the fly machine part was useless.Its not it works in the elevated bench position 1up,and 2up.Fine.In flat Position the fly machine works mostly bi- ceps.Xddias as a company do themselves a great service,and sell way more benches if they had user videos on exercises or a booklet.The bench for the price is the best quality in that price range.Yes I did a few modifications was worth it.I use the bench every other day ,is helping me get in better shape just since Jan.2024.4stars I rate it.i would give 5 stars if they had a video on exercises with this 6 in One bench. ... show more

Got this put together today. I don't know who called this a squit rack. Maybe if your 4 feet tall. The bench is in the way. It's light weight pads are cheap. Taking back apart and sending this garbage back

Recently purchased this as a cheap way to start building a home gym. Here’s the good and bad: Pros: -The overall quality is pretty solid for the price as it’s one of the lowest priced multi-purpose setups out there. The seat is comfortable enough the curl bar pad is solid. -It’s super sturdy. I’ve racked 315 on it for squats and it doesn’t even as much as sway if you drop the weights on it hard. This was my biggest concern but ironically it’s the best attribute. -Directions were very ambiguous and non-descriptive, but it’s simple enough to figure out how to set up and it took me less than an hour. Cons: -The leg extension has virtually zero range of motion unless you remove the curl pad and lean flat on your back and do some abbreviated motion. The curl bar is okay but the way it pitches feel unnatural and ineffective. The fly things on the side are laughably stupid and get in the way so I took them off. If you’re buying it solely for these features, look elsewhere. -The machine itself is pretty small. The bench I seat is short. I’m 5’11 and it wouldn’t work if I was any bigger. The actual rack is pretty narrow too and if you’re doing anything with a wider grip or have long arms and need to get wide, it’s hard to do without risking crushing your fingers. Other than that, it’s totally fine if you’re looking for something basic or cheap as a starter for a home gym, it’s totally fine. But, I’d probably look at something different if I had to order again. ... show more

    • Better than my past one
I bought one recently and it was quite basic. It didn’t have the supports to put the bar or anything. I like how you can do all sorts of exercises on this machine for a relatively good price. It is just as pictured, my pictures are loading as of now. I’ll keep up with updates.
