We purchased this for our kids for Christmas. Got it set up in January, which was pretty easy, and our kids loved it! Everything worked well for 3 weeks, except I’d say the seat is a little small and could have been larger to be more stable but still totally useable. After 3 weeks though a piece broke in the pulley system and the swing could not longer slide down the cable. It was broken and we were past the 30 days from purchase even though we hadn’t used it for more then 30 days. I reached out to the company and did not hear anything back but upon leaving a review here on Amazon they contacted me and sent me a new set at no cost. I’m very happy with the company fixing the problem we had. So even though we encountered a piece breaking I’d still recommend them because they made it right and sometimes stuff breaks. We are very excited to put up the new set so the kids can play with it again. Thank you to the company for replacing what broke and making it easy. ... show more

My kids have never been more excited than when I put this up for them. I wish the spring part that helps stop them was a little longer. I had to adjust the seat a lot to make sure they didn’t run into the tree. Sounds scarier than it was. I tested it out first and ended up dragging the ground. Installed it to fit their small size though. It’s a lot of fun! They do it about a thousand times a day. Value for money was way worth it and it works great. The instructions were easy enough. Bought this zip line of grandkids in the back yard. I lasted a little over a year then the trolley bearings fell apart. the line is rusted also. So the funs over since replacement parts are unavailable

I’m so pleased with this zip line! The kids all love it, and it wasn’t too hard to assemble! I was able to do it mostly alone, and at one point needed my 7 yr old to help hold stuff for me. Highly highly recommended it!
