I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. I may of had to replace the battery, one tie-rod, and clean the carburetor, but it is still running fine. I highly recommend when you purchase this, go ahead and purchase a replacement battery as well so if the one that comes with it is bad, you’ll have another. Also be sure to change out the engine oil that comes with it as this is break in oil. ... show more

To keep it short: the good- Great little 4 wheeler for my daughter. Runs well, starts right up even in the cold spring. Handles mud fairly well for being very light weight and only 2 wheel drive. Looks slick too The “bad”- the craftsmanship is what you’d expect from a cheaper machine. It’s a bit underpowered (nothing a new carburetor can’t fix) body to a bit of reworking from being in the metal create. Over all- great machine for kids to learn and have fun. ... show more

    • A decent little starter.
Assembly wasn’t the hardest thing in the world, neither is maintenance. As long as the customer service works with customers re: spare parts, I don’t think repairs would be difficult either. It’s got some go; my daughter gets hers up to a parent-terrifying 16 mph on a flat gravel road. Cons: The throttle screw and carburetor took some adjusting to get the best performance out of it, and the battery it shipped with was dead in a day (just get any ytx5l-bs battery as a backup when you order). The chain feels a little loose — I can definitely see how it could pop off on a good bump. The build quality isn’t ghastly, but it’s about what you’d expect from a sub-$1,000 atv; the tie rods and control arms do seem fairly delicate and I wouldn’t take it over real rough roads, jumps, or drops, especially getting near the weight capacity. The turning radius is frankly terrible, but I suppose that’s a safety feature for the target rider — sharp turning capability plus young riders tends to equal crashes — but it would be nice to be able to enhance the turn ability without grinding and welding. All that aside, the little thing works. I’ve been able to take my daughter out on rides through the hills and back country of Nevada, which is full of rocks, ruts, climbs, washes, and slopes, and she’s been able to keep up through all of it. I’d buy it again, but be realistic and don’t expect it to hold up to teens or adults. ... show more

Everything arrived in good shape. The assembly was not very clear in the instructions. Some left up to your best judgement. The rear cargo carrier was missing the mounting points which I presume should have been welded on. Still waiting for a response. The gas line kinked under the fuel tank due to routing. Was able to get it straightened enough to get running. Now I need to adjust the low idle so it doesn't die during idle. No clear info on that either. Just take to a service center. ... show more

My shipment arrived early and I had great customer service and overall experience so far. "MOTO PRO" Im really impressed with the quad actualy. Like everyone else says the stock carb is temperamental. 100% change the plug to ngk and change oil right away.
