Does come with all the fluids already put in the moped, except gas obviously. Customer support will reach out to you after you buy the moped, to confirm your color and to tell you to call the customer support number for the title since they can’t legally send the title with the moped. My customer support agent was Jaz - Fantastic agent. She was QUICK, and EXPLANATORY! Scooter quality is fantastic, comes with a usb port, and I can confirm does have the legal dot requirements to operate on the roads upon registration, plates. Within a couple days the moped broke down. It's a hunk of junk. We have spent a lot of money to fix it . It's broke down 4 times . We have had ours less than a year. It's at a shop now trying to get fixed again. When I called to get title the lady was very rude to me. Don't recommend buying. This was a bday gift to my son for his 16th bday. The ride is great but it does not preform according to its standards. Why put 80 mph when the bike most top speed is about 52 mph

    • Definitely a good moped & fast
The only thing I didn't like about this thing is it is very hard to get to the steering wheel and tighten it up it comes to you undone and the tire not on. You have a couple of options of how u wanna air it up. It's a tubeless tire. So definitely google it. There isn't an easy way. So, I'll just leave that to you. ALSO, it has a fantastic key locking mechanism. But DEFINITELY BUY THE WHEEL LOCK THAT LOCKS ONTO THE WHEEL PART. The thief's will find a way if you don't. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The scooter is amazing, I'm very happy with my purchase, although it came missing some parts and the gas cap dont work very well, the costumer service is amazing, very trustworthy, reply and resolve the issues quickly. I recommend this bike, runs smoothly, i didnt pass over 60 m/h bc i dont like to go faster than that in a scooter but it can go higher and the gas mileage is amazing too. ... show more

Feel was leaking due to broken hose, dents and scratches everywhere, no Assembly guide, no Manuel, couldn't contact customer service, price drops $300 AFTER I BUY, useless tools, you MUST buy your own, better off using theirs for display rather than actual usage, horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience, I would NOT recommend buying from this company, if I didn't need this I wouldn't, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ... show more
