I contacted the seller with shipping questions. Sara, the associate I spoke with, was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The 110cc 4-wheeler I bought is a great little machine. Mechanic husband says it was a good purchase. I bought it for my 8 year old daughter, but her older brothers like it too. So, I bought another 125cc a couple days ago. We have not adjusted the speed governor because it's just right for now. We have a relatively flat area in our yard so she hasn't had too much difficulty traversing it so far, unless her older brother gets on with her then it slows down quite a bit. She's 56lbs. and he's 80lbs. It's perfect for her weight. She should get a few years out of this cute little machine, then we can pass it along to another little one. Be sure that your initial battery charge is for 6-8 hours. We charged for 45 minutes and it cranked right up... but the next day we had to charge again for half an hour to get it to crank... and the same the next day... Don't be impatient like me, just charge it for the recommended time and it will be fine. :) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased for Christmas 2024. She is 6yo and a firecracker so I needed something big enough to quench her adventurous side!! This was nice for her. I originally had my brother assemble it, who is a certified mechanic. We couldn’t get it to go, it cranked but no movement, the first two days. After he reinfected it he figured out I put 87 gas in it so my brother had to drain and change the gas to the correct octane 91 and it moved. Great gift for her age group 6-12 ... show more

    • the seller is not taking any responsibility for a defective item
so very very very disappointed. the seller keeps indicating that the problem is the fuel supply or the spark plugs. anyone who has spent any time at all with a motorcycle or gas lawn equipment or ATV's knows how to do simple and intermediate level troubleshooting. there was a problem from the factory. after more than $200 in costs it still isn't working right. this is so frustrating because it purchased as a gift.
