I picked this up because I really wanted to start to wrap my head around what my horoscopes meant and how to start seeing how the astrology patterns affected me. This journal is so great. It gives really easy to digest explanations about various aspects of astrology, and then moves into the open-ended journal prompts. I think this is a great book/journal for people just starting off with astrology. The book gives you a rundown of basic astrology. I just wish more journaling pages were included. The book only gives about 2 and a half months worth of daily journaling pages.
