This model is a very reasonable price wheelchair. very few parts to put together. connect the battery and connect the joy stick. However, the brief instruction book was mostly pictures, and no detail. the battery had a hidden connector. it also did not have any indicator light to determine when fully charged. Error codes appeared on the joy stick without definitions in the instruction book. Contacting the vendor was helpful to resolve that. The charge indication on the joystick for the battery never showed full charge, even though the battery was charged as described. Overall the wheel chair performed very well. I returned it because of the battery issue. Beware, shipping charge to return is outrageous even though the product was only 65 lbs. ... show more

I was lucky enough to be able to buy this out of pocket, and it’s been a lifesaver. It’s fast, dextrous, and comfortable. Its one drawback is that - while it does fold up easily - it’s quite heavy, so like Uber drivers will sometimes refuse to load it in their cars. Got this for my 86 yr old mother....she LOVES it! Has made her more independent. It folds to fit into a car. Is a bit heavy, but manageable. Overall, highly recommend it!

This thing is a gift from God himself. Seriously. I have a C1-C2 Spinal Cord Injury so I cannot walk at all. I have a therapy power wheelchair which is a permobil. But it weighs about 500lb by itself. I have a wheelchair van that can transport it. But I can't take it anywhere else unless I'm in my van. This gives me freedom to use ubers, ride with friends, in my husband's vehicle. It's small and lightweight. The battery is awesome. As long as you're on flat ground; you're good. My only complaint is the seat isn't really comfortable and if you are paralyzed you need to check for pressure spots. I'm a pretty big girl, and I fit in it just fine. It actually saved me while on vacation this past month, our condo had a few steps and this was lightweight enough that my dad could just put this inside until we could have a ramp built. I love it. I love the chair and the ability to travel. I don't have to push him. One downside is that the chair comes with a velcro strap. It does not keep the chair closed. So I bought a dog collar. No more accidental open chair when I grab it. Keeps the chair closed.

Took on trip from Oregon to Florida on Delta. No problems. Spent a week at Disney World. Changed it overnight and spent all day going with no problems. Love this unit!
