Nice chair. Long battery life. This was needed for my father to be able to enjoy retirement and vaca. I am a little disappointed at the way it came. The delivery was fast but it came with a totally ripped to shred box and about 3 inches of dust. I gotta say it made me nervous. I needed to give my daughter a bit more autonomy as she struggles to regain her mobility. I had no idea I could find a really good electric chair for under $1k. This chair is not only near perfect, it is well-made and comfortable. (We do have to have a pillow on her back for longer periods.) Assembled and moved controller to lefthand side. Fully charged battery. Then did a test drive in our large driveway. Maneuvered around car, utility trailer, and dogs. Very easy to use. experiencing some grinding in the motor area ---when turn to the left, rear left motor grindc, when turn to the right right rear motor grinds--straight ahead no problem--grinding ceases when jo9y stick released from turn anyone else have this problem---otherwise chair is great--hope to hear from tech service for a fix, since i don't want to return this chair ... show more

Joystick steering works great, remote control not so good. Straight and back ok but left and right corrections are delayed too much. Rest is great.

The wheelchair looks really nice but I can't use it because the back right tire wont stay inflated. I've contacted the seller and am waiting for a response(will update after). Hopefully they can replace or fix the tire, if not, I will need to return. *Update Received the replacement wheel from the seller, fast response time, and my brother was able to fix it. The wheelchair is great for outside, long battery life and smooth ride. A little big for using inside around the kitchen and the seat could be more comfortable.
