I've only have this camera a day but I'm already very impressed with the results. Installation was easy and only required a screwdriver. The settings within the app are comprehensive and the AI detection appears to work well. The quality of footage is incredibly clear both day and night.

I bought this to replace the Ring after the latest subscription price hike. This is a decent product with a great camera. Setup in an older home was more involved than I wanted. Had a problem with the first camera and it was immediately replaced by the manufacturer, very good service that I frankly wasn't expecting. UPDATE: In the end, kept going offline and couldn't get it to detect motion consistently, support couldn't troubleshoot. Could have been my electric or the product, still not clear. ... show more

I finally found a video doorbell that works like it should. I had the Blink doorbell but it started needing batteries changed every 2 or 3 weeks. The blink doorbell was wired to my existing chime and I thought it would use power from that but it still needs batteries. I wanted a doorbell that was wired and using power from my existing doorbell transformer and the Wuuk wired doorbell was just what I needed. Now I don't ever have to worry about changing batteries. It comes with the chime and you can change the sound of the chime to many different sounds. As far as the video quality it is excellent. It has 2K resolution which is much better than the 1080p resolution on most video doorbells. There are to many features to mention in this review but I highly recommend it. There is also a wireless model which I can't comment on because I have the wired model. It does take an SD card so you don't have to subscribe to the cloud service but I think I will subscribe to the cloud service after the 30 day trial period is over. I purchased the wuuk doorbell and the installation was wasn't a problem. However, I had trouble connecting to my wifi. Went through the troubleshooting process over and over, nothing. I called customer service and left a voice message. I received a call the next day and it was late in the evening after 7:30 pm. I was eating dinner. Not a good time. After 6 pm is way too late. Called again, and wuuk called me two days later after 7 pm again. The service person said she would email me a troubleshooting guide and call me in the afternoon to really go over everything. It is now almost a week later and I have not heard from wuuk doorbell company yet. So the product has boxed and returned back to them. That was terrible customer service. ... show more

I have tried several other doorbell Camera's - those that are most popular and returned them. This product is great and awesome. Lots of choices as ring types, syncs with Alexa and Google, easy to install. Only issue I had was with the Chime that came with the doorbell and plugs into the wall - it would not sync. I contacted customer service on a Sunday - within 3 hours I had a response and resolution. The instruction that came with the product says to hold the sync button for 3 seconds for a beep then proceed to sync. It should say hold the sync button until it syncs. It works perfectly now. -- I really love this product and recommend it - I also like that I do not need a subscription - it takes a micro card that is input into the back of the doorbell - you are able to view history on the phone. ... show more

    • Fantastic video door bell! Chime not so much!
I setup this video door bell and have setup many, so not my first. Upon setup everything went easy and without issue. Until I got to the chime part. The chime would not sync, for whatever reason, even had WUUK tech support stumped! So i gave them a few days to get back with what to do, they havent yet! So I am returning the unit as the defective chime is needed! Also important note: I put a 512gb SSD card in it and it formatted just fine, I had over the 256GB limit to use for this video doorbell!
