Cute little kit. I have been wanting to do my own tats.. I practiced on the skins and well I was not brave enough to do it on myself. My daughter however jumped to the challenge and used it on her ankle and her finger.. learning how deep to go and how to adjust the needled length is a learning curve. I need to watch a few more video's before I tat myself. But I am excited to learn and this little gun is easy to hold and use. ... show more

I could talk about this kit, which is quite adequate for a beginner. However, I'd rather take the time to talk about this particular tattoo pen by Wormhole... which is fantastic! The kit has the usual: tattoo needle cartridges (10, 5 are liners, 5 are shaders), some tattoo practice inks (only five colors here), grip tape, blue latex exam gloves, a single sheet of very thin tattoo practice skin, a single sheet of tattoo design transfer paper, and a small booklet. But the tattoo pen... is a beauty!!! Not only is the machine work and finish (red gloss anodized), but the machine runs like pure silk. It's smooth... super smooth, and oh so quiet. I tried out the entire range, and this machine maintains it's consistent smooth running throughout every range. The battery is built in, and has an LED digital readout and all the controls on top. You can easily see the important running info as you work. I love the grip. It's wide, and it has machined flats to enhance the grip. Just a little wrap of rubberized grip tape (included) will make this a custome grip. I can't tell you how great this tattoo pen is, but I can say, buy the kit. Even if you threw all the rest away it's still a bargain. Beautiful running, superb looking tattoo pen. A true winner! ... show more
