I've always been good at drawing so I wanted to attempt to put that talent into tattooing but it's much harder than I thought yet this kit makes it so much easier tbh. I've been mainly focusing on tattoo training tutorials on YouTube of all different kinds and this skull was my first one which is not excellent by a long shot but pretty rad for a first time attempt with zero practice, honestly super happy with that outcome on the first try. Anyway it's a great kit, I do however recommend bying more needles to practice with, more stencil transfer paper & more fake skins which all and all with all this only cost me like 80 bucks and it's all excellent quality which is insane for the price. ... show more

i’ve used this gun 3 times now. the first time i gave myself 5 small tattoos with little to no knowledge about tattooing (NOT RECOMMENDED). since then i have watched videos and gained useful knowledge but still nowhere near ready. Last night i gave my mom a tattoo, she said she didn’t care how it looked and said that she wanted “i love you mom” in my handwriting so i did it. on someone else it is very different. you can tell how far you’re going into the skin and for myself, i went too deep, but for my moms- i didn’t go deep enough. i will touch hers up once it heals and i get more practice. i keep getting told to use orange peels lol. also, the connector to the gun it touchy. sometimes it won’t work, sometimes you have to spin the thing or push it in further. it’s temperamental, but works. i like this gun! easy to put together, easy to use, does its job. perfect for beginners & the supplies that come with the set are really good supplies. i brought them over to show a friend that tattooed for 10 years and he was shocked how cheap the set was that he wants to buy one 😂 definitely worth every penny. ... show more

So I just started learning about tattooing. I have done several tattoos on and off real skin and the fake skin provided. I love the lightweight machine, the amount of items you get with the bundle, and the fact that it was all very easy to figure out.

This is my first machine, so I can't compare it to others. Not a fan of the cord and pedal, but that's just me, I'm about to buy a wireless machine. My main issue is that I'm constantly having to mess with the cord for it to stay on. I reach over to dip the needles in ink, and then I have to wiggle the plug on top to get it to turn on again. ... show more
