But I think they are great for eating. and I actually have a very small mouth (at least that's what my dentist told me my whole life LOL!) These are NOT a good size for eating, which is why I dinged a star. I'd have dinged more, but the fact is they are PERFECT for stirring and cooking in pans I'm not allowed to use metal in! For making like pasta sauces, I usually use a wooden spoon and get annoyed I can't use a whisk (because I kill plastic whisks), but the fork is PERFECT for that! PS- the knife can actually cut. I really like this set. This is the first wooden set I have found that actually has a fork with sharp, thin tines. You can actually stab food as needed. The knife cuts and the spoon holds a decent amount. Very light weight yet sturdy. Cleans up very easily. I noticed some reviews complain about them being a little “big“. i was worried when i saw the pictures and unless you are a big man the spoon is to big. I can get it my mouth but its far from normal size. so i will use when i cook. you cant put them in the dishwasher or soak them, but i got them for my camper. so i will clean them as soon as the meal is over. i like them, I only wish i could use the spoon to eat with ... show more
