i loved these when i first got them. they are matte black and look really chic. i have had them for 6+ months and as i expected, they have started to chip and lose color. they get used daily so for the price compared to the amount of time i've had them, i am still pleased with how they have held up. i can tell that over the next year or so they will definitely chip more ... show more

The lever has to be held manually in order that the toast performs. I would like very much to have it replaced. Is this an option for me?
