I just got this item overall quality seems really nice, I mean come on it’s silverware I’m sure somewhere along the line it’s all made out of the same materials. I bought this because for the price and the items that come with it you can’t really beat it. To the people saying it rusted after the first wash you are not supposed to leave stuff in the dishwasher for days on end, anyone with half a brain should know things don’t rust overnight if they did we would never have anything nice. I seen another review that said it’s flimsy again it’s silverware its not super strong to begin with but unless you have jaws of steel or you somehow got rubber silverware you are not going to bend this set easily. The finish is done really well, one of my spoons has a tiny little spot that didn’t get coated all the way and honestly I almost didn’t see it but things are not always perfect the coating is not flaking off so no big deal. If you are looking for a nice silverware set for cheap I don’t think you can go wrong with this set ... show more

This is the 6TH set of silverware my husband and I have bought in the last 5 years. Somehow out of the other 5 sets we were down to 4 forks, 6 spoons and 24 butter knives- our children have NO clue where the silverware has gone. Of those 5 sets only the first was a “nice” set and the others were whatever we found that was cheapest. This set is well made, it’s basic but blends well with the rest. Lightweight but not cheap feeling. I apparently didn’t read well and was pleasantly surprised by the steak knives! They too, seem well made. I’ll update after a few months of use :) ... show more

The pieces have rather sharp sides, not particularly comfortable to hold, but the flatware serves its purpose. The steak knives are terrible though, with rust spots developing for no apparent reason on the metal, and the serrated blades shred whatever I cut with them. I will use the flatware so as not to waste it, but have discarded the so-called steak knives and would not recommend this set, certainly would not buy it again. ... show more
