They are medium weight (perfect), the perfect size (both length and width) for every day use with meals and cooking, heat resistant, easy to grip (unlike stainless steel ones), and have a textured end for easy food gripping. Overall these are great. Not as light as bamboo, but not too heavy. I love that they're dishwasher safe, makes care so much easier. They're not brittle/fragile at all, which I was a little worried about with them being fiberglass. They look pretty nice, nothing fancy. Only downside is that the grip on the food end isn't as grippy as I'd hoped. There is minor texturing but it's not enough to make much of a difference with slipperier food. Other laminated chopsticks I've had with indented rings on the food end have worked much better. Overall I'd still buy these again. ... show more
