I purchased this bat house a while ago. It is hanging on a patio wall and makes a fine home for bats. It is attractive in that it looks like a Vincent Price moving or Edgar Allen Poe story/poem.

This house is well made and looks great. But it boasts about having a 3rd Chamber (compared to most others having only 2 chambers). But when the house is so small, I really doubt there is any extra room from that 3rd chamber compared to more normal sized 2 chamber houses.
