I polish and wax my cars twice a year. I'm a stickler for what I use. A friend suggested this product and I couldn't be happier. It was way easier to use than traditional wax and the shine is incredible. Very hydrophobic too. The water just beads off. Even after several months.

Live in a colder climate took a while to be over 65 degrees to install. Was super easy to apply (have a model Y applied coat in about an hour, at least no roof to coat). 8 ounces applied 2 full coats plus a third coat on front grill and hood (still some left over). Very slick surface after done. No idea how long it will last, but if I have to can easily add a coat every year. Driving around got bugs on front grill. With out any water was able to easily dust off more than 90% of the bug debris with the application cloths that came with the kit. Some dust on the rear easily wiped away again with no water. So, we all know that our vehicles are the second most expensive investment we make. Therefore, I am a huge believer of washing your vehicles by hand and never through a car wash. I have always used professional grade chemicals (bcs its cheaper in the long run), but I am no detailer. This product is definitely on the nice side but be ready to dedicate some elbow grease. I did the cross hatch method and went panel by panel. Applies very well, super easy, love the 2 towels that they provide since one acts as the applicator and the second is to take off any excess after letting the product sit for a minute. It's so nice to see the paint shine after spending an hour on just applying it (I have a truck), the water was beading off super nicely. After a couple of weeks it was back to normal. Gave it another wash and it was super easy to take off any mud, dirt, tree sap, and bugs BUT tar was not one of those in the list. I had to still use my tar and bug remover. As a first time user of ceramic, it was a nice experience. Definitely will not be applying this in every single wash since it takes too much of my time. So I will be interchanging between a spray on wax and the Cerakote Ceramic Spray. Hope this review helps! ... show more

I like this better than the Maguire's ceramic wax I tried before. The spray coming out of the bottle is minimal, so you don't end up using much at a time. It buffs out way easier than any wax product I've used before and leaves a very nice shine. After having tried traditional carnuba wax, Nu Finish, and Maguire's ceramic wax, this was the easiest to use so far and provides a nice shiny look with excellent beading. ... show more

I have a car that is ceramic coated. Cerakote does a great job at putting a top coat on the surface after a wash. Easy to apply with a fine mist. Does not flash (streak) like other ceramic coat products. Works okay on windows BUT you need to wipe and wipe after application to get out glass streaking. Stick with Rainx. I have used T*pcoat F*1 for several years, as well as MCGu*res Gold Class wax, with great results. Today, the market is flooded with many ceramic, graphine and other products promising the best results ever! Most of these products, however, are very high in price and do not provide the results that this Cerakote does. I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews and seeing the reasonable price, I decided to try it. I bought the 12 oz. bottle and it came with two small microfiber cloths. I used the Cerakote on my black Buick Envision and my ivory tri-coat Ram 1500. I am very impressed with the results of both! After washing each of them, I applied the Cerakote on all of the painted surface, the black trim, glass and light lenses. This stuff immediately changed the luster of the paint. It was so easy to apply and removal was even easier! The windshield and windows wiped clean, without streaks. I will see how it holds up to the elements (that's why I only gave 4 stars for longevity). I would recommend Cerakote, it's a great product, from a great company. ... show more

I bought this product after reading other people's reviews, I read that it was incredible that I would notice a big change in the paint of my vehicle. I tested this product on 2 vehicles different years and different paint wear. 1- On my Toyota Corolla 2023, the paint is new and I wanted to apply this product to protect it, but I did not notice any visual change, the sealing should prevent it from getting dirty so easily but I do not notice any difference. 2- I applied it on my second 2017 Sonata vehicle where the paint is already more worn, but I also did not notice any changes before applying. I always use spray detailer after washing but its effects don't last long. I bought this product because I thought it would be better, but it wasn't. A common detailer is much cheaper and offers the same effect ... show more

Liquid Glass has been my go to product for many years. It is amazing! However..... I recently heard about this product and thought I would try it, so I did a side by side on my wife's car. I have not had it long, so I can't speak about the longevity, but the initial results are fantastic. My wife couldn't tell the difference and Cerakote is 100 times easier to use.
