It ships in two different boxes. One for the base and the second one is for the seat. Make sure you receive both. I ordered two of these. They shipped both at the same time but the second one came without the seat. I called Amazon and let them know. They sent a whole new set which I didn't need. I kept the seat and returned the base. It looks better than its picture. I didn't do the installation so I don't know how easy or difficult to install it. Heated seat, air dry, massage, personnel settings, hot water, bacteria killing blue light....It works great for now. I really want to use it for many years to come. Hope I can leave another review a year from now and say even better things.

We got this piece installed by a handyman but it was leaking; hubby used a few wax rings before making it work. The light is a great idea if you wake up at night; no need to turn on any other. It’s very comfy and cover closes smoothly. The remote is good but I prefer to use it without it especially when waking up in the middle of the night. It’s easy to use and clean. We also got the tub and bath looks classy. Woodbridge offers excellent customer service. It has an option for saving energy. We’re very happy with purchased.

Biggest issue for me is this model has now stopped working. The electronics go off after 10 seconds even after trying to reset the transformer/electrical circuit. I found it tough to install given my setup and access to the back of the fixture. Getting your hands/wrench inside to tighten the mounting bolts, in a confined space (though common spacing in my opinion), was difficult. I also have the next model up. Bought it at the same time just over a year ago and it is fine, for reference.

I love this bidet...works great..my only issue is that it gets stopped up a lot more than it should. I have three bathrooms and have not had any issues I couldn't handle with a plunger and very rarely. Ive had to call a plumber twice for toilet paper clogs? we barely use the bidet..also I wish the deign was a little different in that you have to pretty much close the lid to flush it. I wish it were easier to flush....other than that "so far" Im glad I purchased it.

Valve opens when not using causing water to flow for hours. I called customer service and after wasting my time verifying details of my purchase and problems with the bidet they told me it was not warrantied. Then after another lengthy conversation they offered an electronic fix to reset the system which did nothing. Do not buy this product they say they have great customer service but will make you go through many different hoops for NOTHING! Major waste of time, water and money.

Our plumber had no problem installing the toilet. The first one came cracked, and the company sent out a replacement quickly at no charge. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this product, both for it's quality and superior customer service.

Works great. the toilet bowl bolts are under the back of the toilet and are hidden from sight. But the toilet and bidet are a wonderful combo.
