My contractor failed to use silicone seal at the base of the tub drain seal, so it leaked upon first use. After pointing out the instructions said use silicone seal, he redid it and no leak. Follow their instructions. By the way, I had great access to check for leaks from the underside due to a removable LED light in the ceiling below. I wish I had bought this tub style for a bigger tub in my master bath. I like how the edge is only 1" thick allowing maximum size inner tub for the external footprint. Also I am 6 feet tall, and the 59" tub still works for me! ... show more

I took on the task of remodeling my main bathroom, including removing my shower and tub, floor, drywall and in the process found the company Woodbridge. ordered freestanding tub affordable and yet comfortable and stylish. I ordered the tub and stored while remodel, time to install noticed I had made an error in my order details. Called Woodbridge and they are doing their best to help me through the process. Though the seller is based in Southern California where I lived, the delivery takes more than a month and hence 4 stars. The tub fits nicely with the new bathroom and compliment with the contemporary design theme. It have a anti-slip base which makes is safe to use. Nice fit and finish.

The plumber installed and said it was easy. We are happy with the look of this tub. Delivery was odd- it was early a.m and the delivery person was rolling it up the stairs in the box…even though the box said “this side up”. My husband I could carry it upstairs (16 steps) so I’m not sure why the two delivery folks couldn’t carry it up 5. : / Hopefully we don’t discover a crack. ... show more
