I was really skeptical about getting this tub , but let me tell you it looks amazing . The water fall option looks so great and sets it apart from the others . The things you need to know is that it need 2x 20 amp dedicated wires 120v from the panel . One is for the pump and one is for the water temperature. Pump is really powerful I had no access from the bottom so i bought a drain kit that sells on amazon for drop in tubs , sells around $200 but worth every penny . ... show more

Horrible don’t purchase this bathtub. It broke right away once we put water in it, it cracked and continued to spider web out from the original crack. No one in my home weights more that 165 lbs. No custom service to help & I am literally out $2500

I love this tub. I ordered a different brand and it was more expensive and poorly made. The quality of this tub shows immediately. Install was easy. The automatic light is nice and the controls are good quality. I wish this tub had a heater, but I am still very happy.

First, the tub comes packaged very minimally and our first two came damaged. This tub comes with virtually no instructions and there is zero customer support. It requires two separate GFI breakers, one for the heater and another for the pump which it doesn't tell you on line before you buy the tub. It has no access panel. ... show more
