Purchased May 10, 2021. Sun faded, only 2 years old!!! We put cushions away each Fall- They faded so bad in the Oregon sun even after the first summer. They look so old and especially for the price we paid for the set, I am very disappointed.

So I was really excited to add this to my backyard, and it looked wonderful at first . My biggest issue is that by the end of the season, all of the covers had faded to the point that it looked old and worn. The following year when I contacted the company asking about cover replacements, they did allow me to purchase replacements for I believe $80. My issue with this is at this rate every year I would have to replace the covers. I do cover up this patio set during rain and when I know I may be going on vacation but overall even with the umbrella there’s going to be sun exposure and it should not fade like this. I also want to add that a few of them had faded Jess overtime because they were kept in the shed when they want to use. I do however, love the actual wicker chairs. Surprisingly they were able to withstand weather. They are overall durable and haven’t brought any issues. One of the bottom stand legs did break, but I believe that was because I dragged it across the patio when I first put it together to put it in the place rather than lift it, but other than that I have no complaints about the actual wicker structure itself . If the company can do something about the actual covers, that would be awesome especially because it’s hard to find replacements with other vendors for that specific size, so 60% not so good 40% OK because of the wicker chairs. Also, if you were looking for a very cushion type of seating, this does have a light cushion but it’s not some thing that is thick and super comfortable to sit on overtime, but it is still going to serve its aesthetic purposes, because who really does go outside to lounge all over chairs ... show more

I'm updating this review because of a promise stated by Wonlink which was not kept. When I question them, they stated, they were sorry for the confusion. It's only a confusion when I reply asking the same question several times and you do not correct it. They wanted me to pay for shipping to returning a damage item twice. They are located outside of the USA, because they are unable to reply to any issues until the next day, they have not customer service phone number to help resolve issues. Yes,the set is nice the company sucks! Received as promised but, had issues with a damage chair. The set was very easy to assemble and has a nice weight, plus looks very nice in my sunroom. Really can’t wait until the covid 19 is gone to have a family gathering, still need to get some additional throw pillows. To get the seats and back pillows to stay in place, I purchased Nano double side tape, the tape is reusable. It keeps all seats and cushions in place! I made the right choice in purchasing this set. The connectors keeps the sectional in place and aligned. So, you can keep that neat align look. I have texted pictures to friends on my makeover and they love it. I enjoy getting my coffee in the morning and setting on the set relaxing before going to work!! I would recommend this set to anyone, it’s worth the money. I can’t talk to it being in the weather, because it’s kept indoors for me. The material does look and feel like it would hold up under all weather conditions, i would say, cover if you’re in a place were you receive snow. For those who look for thick 5-6 in memory- foam cushions-this is not your product. However, for those like me, who did not look for the high-end set but needed a large, comfortable sitting area for everyday use that would not break my bank-then you found it. This set comes with cushions enclosed in fabric which so far was proven to be water-proof and sturdy frame support. It is versatile to arrange and pleasing to the eye, it does not give a "China-made piece of furniture". 2 pieces came with damage, however, I would not take away points for that because the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! They replaced them very quickly. My only complaint is related to the assembly. It is not complicated at all, however, the tool that is sent with the set will give you pressure ulcers after assembling your third seat, I hope that is something the company can work on and correct it. Overall, this set was a bargain for the price, it seems like it would last few good seasons with good care and maintenance (I guess like everything in life ). ... show more

It does take some time to assemble but not as bad as I thought it would be. Cushions are very slippery so I’m thinking of adding Velcro to keep them in place. I bought this set for me and my 3 adult children to enjoy. After having them over for the 1st time, I realized it’s too small for us. We were cramped. We finally put it together today! Pros: It’s comfortable, it was pretty easy to assemble with a drill, and it came with all the pieces! The sections are also strong enough to hold plus size people, which is nice. I hope this sectional lasts a long while! Cons: Like everyone else said, the cushions are thin, but they work.
