I'm 5'1" but in decent shape, so while they were a little heavy and awkward, I managed to get them up 6 steps from my split-level entrance to my back patio without any trouble. Very easy to put together, but took several hours since it was just me and the alan wrench. 100% would purchase this product again, and the merchant reached out within days of delivery to make sure I was satisfied. UPDATE 1/2021 The cushions wear down to be very thin, and if sat on for a while your butt starts to hurt. Very uncomfortable seating for more than a half hour. Although the covers handle water well, discoloration occurs from the sun. I now have different shades of red for the cushions. Such a beautiful outdoor sectional! Easy to put together, instructions were clear enough. Seller was responsive as well. The only bummer was that not all pieces arrived the same day, I had to wait for the third and final package for almost a week. The cushions are a little on the thinner side but not cheap looking and for the price, its expected. If you’re looking for a great looking outdoor sectional on a budget, buy this now! ... show more

This set is absolutely great. It is so nice and I chose the red cushions which look fabulous. The price is fantastic and you can’t find anything this nice at this incredible price. I am more than pleased and had a similar set in a lighter brown that cost 3x as much and started to fall apart after 2 years. Very easy to put together it’s only a couple of large pieces to secure. And it comes with throw pillows! Fantastic set and I don’t think you will be disappointed, if I had more room I would have ordered the larger set. Beautiful set, very easy to assemble, vibrant color and better quality than expected for the price. The set is lightweight and easy to arrange and rearrange. The cushions and pillows had extra threads from manufacturing, but were easy to trim. The cushions are a little stiff, but hoping they soften with time. The back support pillows are very soft, but have a tendency to slide down due to the material. I’m going to try what another reviewer did and add some Velcro to help keep them in place. I'm updating this review because of a promise stated by Wonlink which was not kept. When I question them, they stated, they were sorry for the confusion. It's only a confusion when I reply asking the same question several times and you do not correct it. They wanted me to pay for shipping to returning a damage item twice. They are located outside of the USA, because they are unable to reply to any issues until the next day, they have not customer service phone number to help resolve issues. Yes,the set is nice the company sucks! Received as promised but, had issues with a damage chair. The set was very easy to assemble and has a nice weight, plus looks very nice in my sunroom. Really can’t wait until the covid 19 is gone to have a family gathering, still need to get some additional throw pillows. To get the seats and back pillows to stay in place, I purchased Nano double side tape, the tape is reusable. It keeps all seats and cushions in place! I made the right choice in purchasing this set. The connectors keeps the sectional in place and aligned. So, you can keep that neat align look. I have texted pictures to friends on my makeover and they love it. I enjoy getting my coffee in the morning and setting on the set relaxing before going to work!! I would recommend this set to anyone, it’s worth the money. I can’t talk to it being in the weather, because it’s kept indoors for me. The material does look and feel like it would hold up under all weather conditions, i would say, cover if you’re in a place were you receive snow. Once I get my deck, I will get another set for outside but, not from Wonlink. Thanks ... show more

For those who look for thick 5-6 in memory- foam cushions-this is not your product. However, for those like me, who did not look for the high-end set but needed a large, comfortable sitting area for everyday use that would not break my bank-then you found it. This set comes with cushions enclosed in fabric which so far was proven to be water-proof and sturdy frame support. It is versatile to arrange and pleasing to the eye, it does not give a "China-made piece of furniture". 2 pieces came with damage, however, I would not take away points for that because the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! They replaced them very quickly. My only complaint is related to the assembly. It is not complicated at all, however, the tool that is sent with the set will give you pressure ulcers after assembling your third seat, I hope that is something the company can work on and correct it. Overall, this set was a bargain for the price, it seems like it would last few good seasons with good care and maintenance (I guess like everything in life ). ... show more
