No, it is not cotton like the FP jacket but it’s definitely NOT SHINY. It’s polyester. It looks like a polyester puffer. It’s more of a satin appearance but I wouldn’t content to be “shiny” as others mentioned. I love the style and color of this jacket—it’s super cute and looks great with different outfits. Soups cute jacket. The fabric is light and comfortable. The medium fit perfect , I think a large would have been to bulky. You can dress up or dress down, spring or fall. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the hem at the bottom, poorly done and not straight. I guess it’s par for the cost.

Arrived on time and as described. This brightly coloured little quilted jacket is comfy, roomy, and warm. I bought it on a whim, and enjoy wearing it when I just need a little something extra. It closes with two large hook and eye closers that meet exactly at the middle without any over lap. There are two pockets, although with the jacket being waist high, they are a bit useless for anything other than style. BOTTOM LINE: It is a nice happy jacket for the price. The media could not be loaded. Overall, it’s just okay. It arrived really wrinkled and the wrinkles just wouldn’t fall out. It just wasn’t the look I was going for. It isn’t comparable to the FP version of the jacket whatsoever. However, it was pretty comfortable and the colors on the jacket were really pretty. This cropped puffer is so cute , I would say it's not super puffy but more quilted and adorable. I get compliments on it every time I wear it out. It's cute paired with a lace top underneath or even a longer sleeve shirt. SO many ways to wear it, I want it in every color.
